Reporting to the Operational Quality Manager, you guarantee the conformity of incoming components. You support suppliers in the process of continuous improvement and you convey to them the needs of the company in the event of any problems encountered.
You handle supplier complaints following detection by the production of NOK parts. You make declarations of non-compliance with all the information for processing by the supplier. You follow action plans on defaulting suppliers. You participate in or carry out supplier audits. You write and follow supplier exemptions. You implement and respect QHSE instructions and rules. In all cases, you apply and enforce the elements relating to the HSE policy (wearing PPE, compliance with instructions, etc.). You are an actor in the QHSE system, even outside the service by applying “shared vigilance”.

Maintain relevant Quality accreditation (currently ISO 9001)
Ensure plant adherence to and improvement of Quality system requirements and procedures
Conduct internal and external audits
Liaise with supplier and customers on the day-to-day quality issues and provide timely claim responses
Assist in the completion of corrective action & risk assessment reports in conjunction with the senior management and other relevant personnel in a timely manner
Lead and participate in the Continuous Improvement
Support Lean Sigma role-out within the plant
Measure and analyse processes, parts, trends, and performance to reduce potential issues and complete root cause analysis
Maintain the Calibration & Document Control systems
Ensure quality requirements are established on New Product Introductions
Manage the Quarantine Area with timely dispositions and ensure these dispositions are carried out
Maintain and promote high standards in health and safety and housekeeping

The East Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of the organization’s products in the East sales region.

Building strong, direct relationships with existing and new customers.
Growing key customer accounts.
Communicates with people on all levels in a multitude of organizations.
Provides regular monthly sales updates and reports to the Sales Director.
Provide customer service and problem resolution.
Working with the AR department to assist with collections or customer concerns regarding invoicing, and credits on an as-needed basis.
Represent Lindal North America at trade functions.
Provide backup support to the Director of Sales- North America.
