Our product range includes ampoules, vials and aroma tubes as packaging for pharmaceutical, biological and cosmetic substances. Our innovative accessories of ampoule breakers, sprayers and closure systems offer a suitable supplement with practical added value. Our new accessories around the ampoule (2ml) are particularly innovative: the practical ampoule box and the multifunctional ampoule sprayer.
Lutz Packaging offers you its support as a full-service provider for the launch of your first ampoule project. Everything from one source – from the production of the ampoule, filling, finishing, as well as the development of the final packaging. We produce vials with rim and screw neck vials in clear and amber glass for standard production up to small quantities from 30,000 pieces. Ampoules will be produced up from 50,000 pcs per batch in clear or amber glass.
Refined surfaces and modern colours enhance the value of the packaging. Lutz Packaging offer you a wide range of finishing options. Whether classic-elegant, modern or extravagant, our portfolio is extraordinary and extensive. The printing with individual colour tones enables an eye- catching branding as well as a contemporary application of product information directly on the primary packaging. Almost all colours are possible in screen printing. The luxuriously finished ampoules we already offer from a quantity of 10.000 pieces.
For all products supplied, Lutz Packaging ensures consistent product quality and works to the highest standards. Proof of these demanding quality standards are, for example, the certification DIN EN ISO 15378:2018 which also includes DIN ISO 9001.
