6-month internship in business law

Reporting to the DAF, you will work in a multi-site environment in France and internationally, and your main mission will be to participate in the drafting of licensing contracts, legal assistance in consumer law, and GDPR compliance. Your daily work will therefore be:

Licenses and Brands

Drafting of licensing contracts: Based on information provided by sales representatives, customers, and brands.

Assistance to operational staff: Support on issues related to consumer law, such as sales promotion, product branding, and freedom of operation.

Monitoring and surveillance of own brands: Legal and administrative monitoring.

Archiving of signed contracts and exclusivity agreements: Management and organization of legal documents.

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase/Sale (GTC/GTC)

Inventory and summary: Summary of the main points of our customers’ General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

Consistency and compliance: Verification of compatibility with our practices and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Participation in negotiations: Support during discussions with customers for the establishment of special conditions.

Miscellaneous

GDPR: Ensure compliance with the GDPR and update the register of processing activities.

Intragroup agreements: Proofreading and updating existing agreements, drafting current account agreements.

Current legal acts: Processing of other current legal acts of the group’s French companies, as needed.

Profile sought

Student in the final year of a Master’s degree in business law, commercial law or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of consumer law, trademark law and GDPR.

Excellent writing skills and rigor.

Analytical and synthesis skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
