You have a degree at the Bac +2 level (in Assistance or Business) and at least 2 years of experience in a commercial assistance role, ideally in B2B. You are comfortable with computer tools (for your information, CRM Salesforce is currently being deployed, ERP Proginov is in place, and an e-commerce site is in operation). Your responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will join the local sales team. You will work in tandem with an experienced Field Sales Representative to develop commercial activities. Your main missions include:

Sales Administration Mission:
Order tracking, including those received through the website, from entry to payment.
Handling customer complaints.
Managing customer inquiries: advice, pricing, deadlines.
Opening customer accounts in the ERP/CRM, updating the customer database.
Pricing entry in the ERP/CRM.
Payment tracking, following up on overdue payments and handling unpaid accounts.
Generating quotes and sending samples.
Various administrative tasks.
Commercial Missions:
Conducting commercial activities during inbound and outbound calls.
Following up on quotes.
Promoting the e-commerce website.
Reaching out to clients for loyalty purposes: recovering lost clients, anticipating their needs.
Promoting our eco-friendly product lines.
Cross-selling and upselling.
