Over 15 years at COTY, where he held and led a wide range of supply chain roles including production, packaging development and innovation (fragrance, skincare, sun care, make-up), planning and S&OP, merchandising\/POS, and affiliate customer service. He also led numerous operational reorganisation projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spent three years in the United States (2012\u20132015) to take over and manage the skincare and fragrance business of Philosophy, an American skincare brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2022, joined the Kingfisher Group (Castorama, Brico D\u00e9p\u00f4t, Screwfix) for a brief period to oversee the setup of a logistics distribution centre for both retail and e-commerce in France, as part of Screwfix\u2019s market launch in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Joined Kering Beaut\u00e9 in 2023 to build the group\u2019s beauty division from the ground up. His role spans the full scope of Operations \u2013 from procurement and packaging development to logistics and distribution \u2013 including quality, regulatory, sustainability, and planning.
