Jo is currently the Design and Visual Identity Leader at Diageo, responsible for design excellence for Europe and Africa innovation, and for global design for Captain Morgan. Having worked most of her career agency side for the likes of Futurebrand, Enterprise IG and JDO, she made the leap to Diageo after being inspired by their approach to design and how it plays such a central role in their brand-building process.
In a career spanning 20 years, she has worked at the cutting edge of packaging design, brand strategy, brand comms and product innovation across some of the world\u2019s biggest brands, including Dove, Lux, Pepsi, Cadbury and Walls.<\/p>\n\n
