He quickly realised that what looks simple on shelf hides a delicate balance between industrial constraints, brand expectations, consumer needs and environmental considerations. Much of his work focuses on refillable and reusable formats, which he sees as having real environmental potential, but only if brands make them intuitive enough to overcome the effort of cleaning, refilling and changing routines.<\/p><p>&#8220;<em>Our generation is motivated, bold, committed, and ready to face the challenges of today and tomorrow. Starting my career as an apprentice, I had to find my place in the industrial world and learn to defend my ideas, which is not always easy when you\u2019re young. Over the years, I\u2019ve gained confidence, and I want to show that young professionals bring real added value and a fresh perspective to the challenges companies face,&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0said Anthony
