Innovation at CHANEL Parfums Beaut\u00e9, will serve alongside Herv\u00e9 Bouix, a packaging expert who has been involved with PCD and its awards since their inception.<\/p><p>The PLD Innovation Awards, dedicated to wine, spirits and premium drinks, will be co-chaired by Anne Monego, founder and Creative Matchmaker at Lavoisine, and Julien Romdane, Head of Packaging Development at Havana Club, Pernod Ricard Group.<\/p><p>The appointments reflect a wider ambition for the Innovation Awards: to build their international profile, welcome entries from companies of every size and standing, and bring new voices into the packaging community.<\/p><p>The message is simple: innovation can come from anywhere, and anyone. Each year, the PCD Innovation Awards bring together 25 professionals from fragrance and beauty houses to recognise advances in perfume, skincare, make-up, haircare and personal care packaging.<\/p><p>\u201cI\u2019ve had the privilege of being involved with the PCD Innovation Awards from the beginning and watching them grow alongside the industry,\u201d says Herv\u00e9 Bouix. \u201cOver more than 20 years, technologies, materials and expectations have changed profoundly. Both outgoing chairs will remain involved as honorary presidents and ambassadors for the awards.<\/p><p>The handover brings fresh perspectives while retaining the qualities at the heart of the PLD Innovation Awards: an expert industry jury, a range of viewpoints and a rigorous assessment of every entry.<\/p><p>The Packaging Premi\u00e8re Premium &amp; Luxury Innovation Awards jury also welcomes Margot Stuart, co-founder of OriginalLuxury, and Damien Poelhekke, CEO of La Redoute Europe &amp; Global.
