Plusieurs textes l\u00e9gislatifs connexes sont actuellement en cours d&rsquo;adoption pour concr\u00e9tiser cet engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un de ces textes l\u00e9gislatifs porte sur l&rsquo;\u00e9coconception des produits durables \u2013 Ecodesign for Sustainable Product Regulation (ESPR) &#8211; et impose la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un passeport num\u00e9rique des produits (Digital Product Passport \u2013 DPP) bas\u00e9 sur des standards ouverts.
