mousseux non conventionnels. Le P\u00e9tillant Naturel, ou Pet Nat, est un vin effervescent non filtr\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 par fermentation continue en bouteille. Ce style, autrefois r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 une niche et surnomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0bulles de hipster\u00a0\u00bb, commence \u00e0 \u00eatre reconnu.<\/p><p>En mai 2024, Marks &amp; Spencer est devenu le premier supermarch\u00e9 britannique \u00e0 vendre du Pet Nat, indiquant un potentiel changement dans l&rsquo;acceptation des vins p\u00e9tillants moins conventionnels.
