Madison Wright is a Strategic Engagement Manager at WRAP, where she works closely with UK and global members to advance the organization’s circular economy goals for plastics and packaging. In her role, she leads member engagement and collaboration efforts, supporting organizations to eliminate waste, improve recyclability, and accelerate the transition to a circular packaging system.
Madison is currently supporting the launch of the UK Packaging Pact’s new 10-year strategy, including the April launch of the Pact, and plays a key role in ensuring members are informed, engaged, and equipped to deliver long-term targets and system-wide change.
Previously, Madison worked at Circular Economy Consultancy as a Project Lead, supporting circular design and innovation initiatives, and held roles with the International Air Transport Association and the World Health Organization. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
