Our papers, registered under the Pyrène® brand (muslin or silk paper), are distinguished by their extreme fineness, starting at 18g/m2.
We are one of the very first producers of innovative paper with an ecological approach:
-100% of the energy used to manufacture our products is renewable, from hydroelectric sources.
-We have reduced our water consumption by 70% over the last ten years.
-Effluents from the production of our paper are more than 80% below regulatory thresholds.
-100% of our production waste is recycled.
We are continuing our relentless efforts to make it a “clean” industry.
We are ISO 9001 & FSC certified.
Our suppliers have also been chosen for their commitment to sustainable development.
Most of them have set up Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and are ISO 14001 certified.
Our Pyrene® muslin is a 100% biodegradable, recyclable and compostable natural product made from wood (a renewable resource).
All our products are made from cellulose, the dyes are fixed in the fibres (colouring in the mass), this quality is indégorgeable and the control of the colours by process “LAB” is permanent.
We have 60 standard plain, pure pulp and solution-dyed paper colours.
We sell them in made-to-measure formats, in the form of crimp, pleated paper or bobbins, depending on our customers’ requirements.
All our papers can be flexographically printed in our print shop.
