XOCO
From chocolate, something beyond taste can be born: a new material shaped from its hazelnuts. In collaboration with Krill Design, a company specialized in transforming organic waste into functional fillers, Berlin Packaging Beauty is developing new upcycling packaging solutions. The project explores the use of natural fillers derived from hazelnut shells, combined with a polypropylene (PP) base, to create packaging components through plastic injection and blow molding processes.

Our Metal-free Pumps — available in both airless and atmospheric systems — are designed to simplify material compatibility while delivering a refined, precise beauty gesture. Entirely free of metallic components inside the dispensing chamber and formulated without POM, they result in a purified material architecture paired with a premium sensory experience.
AUX COLLECTION
Designed by Studio One Eleven, Aux is the personal care collection that combines modernity, elegance, and accessibility. Featuring a clean design and available in 150, 250, and 500 ml standard-neck formats, it is compatible with a wide range of closures: flip-tops, pumps, sprays, and screw caps. Created to adapt to different market contexts, Aux also extends into the home fragrance world with two glass references: a 480 g candle container and a 400 ml room spray bottle. All bottles can be paired with Sashi, the flexible pouches customizable in format, closure, and graphics—ideal for creating coordinated and efficient refillable solutions.

Future.Fill™: The Connector that Reinvents Refill Berlin Packaging Beauty unveils Future.Fill™, an innovative connector system designed to make the transition between refill and primary container truly seamless. Future.Fill™ enables refill pouches to connect with rigid packs through an intuitive, secure mechanism compatible with multiple packaging types. This system allows brands to deliver a complete, user-friendly refill experience while reducing material consumption and optimizing logistics and storage—a significant step towards packaging circularity, merging design, sustainability, and functionality.
HERVE
Another new look is given to Herve, a classic in high-end perfumery, defined by its square shape with 45° angles—a line that conveys timeless solidity and refinement. Alongside glass bottles, a new 250 ml plastic version in PP and PETG debuts for the bath & body segment: two elegant bottles, compatible with dispensers or screw caps, bringing the premium fragrance language into personal care. Decorative finishes emphasize size differences with tonal contrasts: burgundy red for larger formats, yellow and warm grey for smaller sizes, with gold as the unifying accent across Cliché zamak caps and hot stamping.
HOLLYWOOD
The Hollywood collection stands out with its wide, lightweight cylindrical design and strong size impression, now reimagined in an elegant, minimal version. Its round shape and reduced height create a compact silhouette with refined proportions and a thin glass base, enhancing the overall sense of lightness and sophistication. Presented in neutral and sophisticated tones ranging from warm grey to sand, Hollywood delivers a contemporary and minimal aesthetic that amplifies visual impact through simplicity. This refined design is ideal for custom caps, thanks to its balanced proportions and reduced height. The pairing with the new Kopoy resin caps—featuring lava-like finishes—further elevates the pack, offering a quiet luxury look that perfectly complements refined fragrances. The bottle’s structure also allows for versatile decoration, both around the body and on the shoulder area, making it a compelling choice for premium presentations.
HEKO
Sophisticated design together with refillable functionality make Heko the perfect choice for brands wishing to mix aesthetics and sustainability in fragrance market, gaining a foothold in an increasingly demanding and environmentally conscious market. Heko for refillable fragrances join the Infusion Refill and Euphoria Refill fragrance collections created for changing market, which has recently shown great interest in this type of packaging. The bottle of the Heko collection, available in 50, 30 and 15 ml, are defined by a modern, elegant and minimalist design. Thanks to its square and clean lines, Heko is perfect for various market segments. The collection is versatile and can be combined with capsules in various materials and designs, giving brands freedom to reinterpret the look of their products many times. With an optimised use of glass, Heko products are lighter than conventional ones of the same capacity, thereby supporting a more conscious approach to manufacturing.
MOON
Moon is one of our most beloved fragrance packaging collections. Made of top-quality glass, its unique, exclusive look makes it suitable for unisex fragrances. The oblong section and domed design set Moon apart from all other fragrance bottles in our catalog. One of Moon's main strengths is the variety of decoration options available. Here, we applied gold hot stamping matching the accessories. Originally developed in the 75 ml format, a very niche size, we have since added a 12 ml travel size – a true miniature, perfect both on its own and in fragrance gift sets: an elegant and lightweight alternative to the more classic glass vials that can sometimes seem too bulky. Moon's versatile design is suitable for a wide variety of decoration techniques. In particular, the curvature of the front and back surfaces allows creative and textured inkjet or 3D inkjet customizations on both sides. In addition, the groove on its front and back creates a play of interruptions and reflections on the glass, enhancing the packaging and increasing its perceived value.
EUPHORIA
Euphoria is our new packaging collection for fragrance, made of 30, 50 and 100 ml bottles with a cylindrical conical section. The round and appealing design and the thick bottom give this collection the ability to adapt to any type of brand, inspired in a contemporary manner by the refined shapes of high-end classic perfumery. Soon to be joined by a new version with screw neck 15/415 for all the sizes, 30 - 50 and 100ml.100ml.
INFUSION FRAGRANCE COLLECTION
We present the Infusion Fragrance packaging collection in a new guise. The iconic 100 ml FEA 15 bottle becomes refillable thanks to a new version with a screw neck, which allows the consumer, in combination with the refill set, to refill it once the fragrance is empty. In fact, with the refill twist pump presented in combination with the Neville 150 ml bottle, we are responding to an increasing demand for refillable packaging in the masstige and prestige fragrance market. Infusion Refill is also synonymous with sustainability: the screw neck allows to immediately separate the glass bottle from its accessories, helping the final consumer in the recycling process. Infusion has been designed to enhance the fragrances of high-end perfumery and home fragrance in the name of sustainability and personalisation. The innovations introduced with this proposal are the fruit of our corporate mission, which drives us to create attractive and iconic premium full packaging solutions that are sustainable and future-oriented, as the luxury market demands. The beauty lies in the details of this collection, and our decorative capabilities enhance its potential: the design is elegant and timeless, characterised by a silhouette with apothecary overtones, modelled by strong, minimalist curves. It is presented in a semi-transparent deep purple varnish, and personalised by a tone-on-tone screen print enriched with glossy gold hot stamping. The metallic wood capsule echoes the gold details of the customisation, highlighting the natural texture of the wood thanks to the highly reflective metallic effect. Infusion Fragrance, in addition to the already existing 30 50 and 100 ml FEA 15 bottles, is completed with a 200 ml and 300 ml bottle with 24-410 neck size: perfect formats for home care and home fragrance products thanks to the possible combination with various accessories, from dispenser pumps to diffusers with wands with elegant wooden or aluminium neck covers.
CILINDRO COLLECTION
Cilindro collection has been revamped: the minimalist design and the essence of clean, enhance the complete selection of FEA 15 glass bottles. The timless & unisex design along with versatile look, let the Cilindro bottles suiting different types of brands according to all the available matching accessories. The Cilindro glasses can support different type of decoration, including external varnishing, metallization, acid etching, screen printing (UV and precious metal) , organic and ceramic screen printing, hot stamping, inkjet, 3D inkjet, laser etching.
CLICHÈ & TOUCHÈ
Clichè & Touchè are the new Belin Packaging Beauty’s caps, made of zama alloy. These caps are ideal for high-end fragrance collections and customizable with different decoration techniques for a luxury look: anodization, screen printing, laser engraving, hot stamping. The weight of zama and the size lend these caps importance and luxury.
POCKII COLLECTION
Pockii Expands Launched three years ago, the Pockii collection has redefined the aesthetic codes of the Berlin Packaging Beauty catalog. At Luxe Pack Monaco, the line extends into personal care with two new 300 ml and 150 ml bottles in PET, also available in 100% PCR- PET, with a 24/410 neck compatible with a wide range of dispensers, triggers, and flip-top caps. The new formats retain the compact, rounded silhouette of the original line, but stand out through a warm, sensorial color palette designed to showcase skincare and haircare formulas in a contemporary, sustainable way.
EGO
Ego is our new packaging collection dedicated to skincare, but also to makeup formulations like foundation, BB & CC cream, highlighter... Its sinuous and classy design makes it a timeless packaging line. The rounded shapes with an ergonomic accent make the application easy for the everyday skincare routine. Ego glass bottles and jars are available in different sizes, from 15 to 100 ml and can be combined with different kinds of accessories from easy to use dropper to spray and cream pump. A lot of options with the same design for a chic yet dreamy beauty collection. We love the 15 ml jar, the smallest packaging with an interesting shape, great for an “on the go” use. Improve your sustainable value with this packaging collection made of 100% recyclable glass. HEAVY COLLECTION
With jars and bottles in so many capacities (from 15 to 400 ml), Heavy is a must-have in the Berlin Packaging Beauty’s catalogue, the ideal collection for a truly complete skincare and makeup line, from eye contour or lip scrub to body and hair treatments. Heavy is a collection made ofglass jars and both glass and plastic bottles. While the 200, 250 and 400 ml HDPE bottles are available in BIOBASED HDPE or PCR-HDPE on request, the glass packaging is all made of high quality material Heavy glass bottles and jars feature athick bottom giving them an important size impression, while the sleek andiconic design makes them the best choice for any kind of product. The versatility of this collection lies in the infinite possibilities of glass decoration and the variety of possible combinations: Heavy jars and bottles can be combined with many different caps, screw caps, cream pumps, spray pumps, droppers, dispenser pumps and disc top caps of our catalogue, depending on your needs. In this picture, we decided to combine Heavy with our Snow pumps, for a full-body effect, and the Girotondo caps and dropper, all in shiny pink master. Jars and bottles have been decorated with a matt semi-transparent orange varnishing and awhite screen printing to match the dropper teats and the pump actuators for a cotton candy look.
PURE COLLECTION
The Pure collection is a 100% recyclable glass packs line with lighter sides and bottom, which guarantee the highest quality. This collection shows one of the most important themes of our company, Design Consciousness, the packaging development in respect for the environment. The collection has been designed respecting the concepts of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle thanks to a lower use of the raw material, glass, that can be 100% recycled. Pure packagings are light and thin with high quality of glass. They are designed with an attention to reduce the raw material: bottles and jars have a reduction of the glass thickness. The Pure collection, composed of glass bottles and jars in different sizes, is the “lightest” in the Berlin Packaging Premi Industries catalogue: designed with clean and refined lines, it is studied with extreme attention to reduce the quantity of glass both in the bottom and on the sides, without sacrificing quality, obtaining an elegant and eco-friendly result. The Pure collection is composed of jars from 50 ml to 200 ml and bottles from 30 ml to 100 ml. In this case the packs have been decorated with acid etching, screen printing and silver hot stamping, a combination of decorations that make the packaging recognizable and ideal for a skincare collection.
SKY COLLECTION
Elegant and modern, the Sky collection - composed of 15, 20 and 30ml bottles - is the perfect solution for skincare lines but mainly for makeup lines such as foundation, illuminants, liquid blush, BB and CC cream. Sky bottles are made of high quality glass and can be totally customized. Thanks to the inkjet technology, the decoration on the bottom creates surprising colour shades that radiate all over the packaging for a truly inique result. Sky collection can be combined with elegant accessories such as the spray pump, the cream pump and the dropper. To obtain a stunning effect, the collection is created with different decoration techniques for a completely custom design pack.
INFUSION SKINCARE
New look for our historical Infusion Skincare collection! Composed by packagings from 20 to 250 ml, both in glass and plastic, the Infusion collection has been expanded with some new glass packagings: a 20 ml jar and two 20 ml and 100 ml bottles. All the Infusion packagings match with many accessories, from the dropper to the spray and cream pumps with different styles and shapes. Infusion takes its name from its unique and exclusive design, inspired by the world of herbal medicine. What distinguishes this collection is the neck of her bottles and jars that remind us of vintage apothecary bottles. Infusion plastic packagings - a 250 ml jar and a 250 ml bottle - are also available in 100% PCR-PET, an eco-friendly plastic material obtained from recycled packagings that have been used by consumers and that stands out for its natural smoky grey color. Design and respect for the environment come together in the Infusion collection.

These refillable glass packaging allow the consumer to reuse the outer glass jar and refill it is a really smooth way thanks to the innovative mechanism designed by Berlin Packaging | Premi Industries’ team. Luxe Refill Jars are also a sustainable packaging solution, as the Refill Cup can be easily removed after usage and separated from glass, for a properly disposal of the packaging by consumers. SASHI FLEXIBLE PACKAGING
Flexible packaging solutions are the newest addition to Berlin Packaging Beauty's catalogue. Sashi is a mono-material and fully recyclable pouch with a spout, and it is available in both 500 and 250 ml sizes. The pouch, spout, and cap are all made of PE and are perfectly suited to the growing demand for sustainable packaging as they are environmentally friendly and recyclable. Highly customizable, thanks to the size of the printing surface, they will allow your product to stand out even more. Sashi is the ideal solution to reduce, reuse and refill personal and home care products such as soaps, lotions, sanitizers, detergents, and hair products. In this case, we used Sashi 500 ml to refill our Cylindrical 200 ml glass bottle with hand soap. Sashi offers a number of sustainability benefits throughout the packaging's life cycle compared to other packaging formats. These include reducing overall volume and transportation costs, as they are extremely lightweight and compact: you can pack many Sashi in a box without adding extra weight. Choosing this type of packaging is also cost-effective in terms of saving money on production, distribution, and packaging storage.
Foamy
Our Foamy packaging collection is getting bigger and bigger! We are proud to show you the new Foamy 100 ml glass packaging, which we have, here, decorated with a semi-transparent gradient varnishing. The golden collar matches the hot stamping decoration, and the semi-transparent purple cover creates a link with the matte gradient varnishing of the glass bottle. Born with the launch of the first foamer in glass on the beauty market, the Foamy collection was quickly enriched in both capacities and materials, including now four different packaging: Foamy 100 and 150 ml in glass and Foamy 200 ml available in both Biobased HDPE and PCR-PE. All Foamy bottles can be easily refilled with Sashi, our mono-PE flexible packaging available in 250 ml and 500 ml sizes. At the end of their use cycle, all Foamy packaging components can be easily separated and sorted by material. Riding the trend and meeting the increasing market demand for sustainable packaging, we also produced Foamy packaging from recycled materials: Foamy 200 ml in Biobased HDPE and in PCR-PE. Biobased HDPE is a plastic obtained from renewable resources, while PCR-PE is a plastic made from packaging previously used, properly disposed of, recycled into a new product, and put back on the market. Our PCR-PE, in particular, consists of three layers: the outermost layers are HDPE, while the middle layer is PCR-PE.

Airglass has been our first collection of airless packaging in glass and paved the way for a long line of packaging that exploit this type of technology. Composed of a glass bottle outside and a PP bottle inside, they allow you to play with decorations and achieve a truly unique effect. Our Airglass bottles, available in 15, 30 and 50 ml sizes, use airless technology, which protects the formula from possible external contamination and allows you to waste less product. The cream pump ensures smooth and precise dosing of the product in every position. The ergonomic design and the size impression of Airglass bottles make them difficult to go unnoticed. In this case, a matte varnishing in three different pastel colors has been chosen, decorated with white screen printing, but the double wall structure of the packaging makes it suitable for a double level decoration.
AIRGLASS REFILL & GO
Airglass Refill & Go is the brand new collection in our catalog and enriches the already wide variety of sustainable packaging that we have been offering our customers for years. "Reuse, reduce and recycle" continues to be the motto that prompts and motivates us to create packaging solutions, which respect the environment as much as possible: this refillable airless packaging in glass helps to preserve beauty formulas safely, protecting them from contamination, and allows the glass bottles to be reused countless times. Airglass Refill & Go is available in 15, 30 and 50 ml sizes and with infinite decoration options. In these photos, for example, we have applied acid etching with reserve on the glass that gives a glimpse of the formula in the refill bottle, while the PP accessories have been made in colored master to match the bottle. With a simple click it is possible to insert in the same glass bottle different refills, without contaminating the formulas! This special feature allows the creation of an entire collection of different products with a single glass bottle, mixing skincare, makeup and haircare formulas. Airglass Refill & go, as suggested by its name, is the perfect packaging for when you are traveling, as you can carry only the refill bottles with their pumps and safety clips, thus gaining a space and weight advantage.

Berlin Packaging Beauty introduces Airglass Slim Refill Spray: a collection of airless and refillable glass bottles with spray pumps, 100% recyclable and feature a slim, ergonomic design. The airless technology helps to safely protect the formula from external contamination and lessens product waste. The refill mechanism makes these bottles both luxurious and sustainable at the same time: sustainable prestige! Airglass Slim Refill Spray works perfectly with liquid beauty formulas such as moisturizing waters, hair treatments, facial toners, spray creams, and more. Here, we chose frosted glass bottles with holographic hot stamping, but the possibilities for decorating this packaging are truly endless: external and internal varnishing, metallization, acid etching, and different color combos between the glass and the formula will make your packaging unique!

Like the other collections, Double Glass is also designed for sustainability and reuse of packaging: once the product is finished, the ampoule can be easily replaced, up to a maximum of 25 refills.

AIRLIGHT PET REFILL
Step into a new era of sustainable beauty with AirLight PET Refill. We’ve transformed one of our most iconic designs by replacing glass with PET and making it also available in post-consumer recycled PET. MANHATTAN
We are proud to introduce Manhattan, our mascara packaging collection featuring a 10 ml aluminum-covered PP flaconette and a variety of matching applicators. Here we’ve selected two packaging customizations, using anodization and screen printing to create a zebra effect. Manhattan is ideal for high-end mascara and lash primer packaging. The aluminum-covered flaconette lends itself to several decoration techniques: anodization, spray varnishing, screen printing, and hot stamping. You also have the option to add a ballast to the cap to increase the perceived value of the product and make the tactile experience even more luxurious. There are 4 injected applicators available for our Manhattan mascara packaging, each different in design and performance to meet everyone's needs: Long Lashes The linear, conical shape of this brush makes it easy to apply the product, and its rigidity curls the lashes from roots to tips, which are defined and well-lengthened. Bold Lashes This applicator follows the shape of the eye perfectly. Its concave body promises to volumize and curl the lashes while its rounded ends define and stylize them. Intense Look The innovative asymmetrical design of this applicator guarantees an all-in-one makeup effect for extra volume, definition and length all at the same time.
