Sales support

As a sales support officer, you will act as the right hand of the Project Manager and together you will be responsible for giving our customers the best products at the best service. You have a supporting role in the product development process and order processing. It is important that you are accurate, as we are dealing with really large quantities. With an order of, say, 100,000 to 500,000 pieces, a small mistake can have major consequences. During the product development process, you will assist the Project Manager and be in contact with suppliers to ensure that products are produced and delivered according to what we have offered to our customer, managing samples and schedules.
