Fondée en 1973, Tapematic s’est fait un nom dans les années 1980 en tant que l’un des principaux fabricants mondiaux de chargeurs audio et vidéo. Avant de jouer un rôle de pionnier dans la révolution du disque optique, l’entreprise fabriquait des équipements pour la reproduction et l’impression numérique à jet d’encre de CD, DVD et disques Blu-Ray.
Aujourd’hui, Tapematic révolutionne le monde de l’emballage grâce à des équipements de vernissage UV et de métallisation hyper-efficaces, en se concentrant particulièrement sur les emballages pour les cosmétiques, les spiritueux, les produits pharmaceutiques et automobiles.

PST Line II - New In-line 3D Sputtering coating system
The new state-of-the-art PST Line II is an in-line modular system for applying a stable, high-quality varnish and metal coating to different substrate materials. Its unparalleled capacity can automatically process up to 7800 pieces per hour, while guaranteeing consistently excellent quality while using less varnish. It is the economical and eco-friendly answer to the needs of packaging manufacturers worldwide. The PST Line II consists of several modules integrated together and dependent on the customer’s requirement. Supported by Tapematic engineers, PST Line II can be customised according to the required workflow and products in order to achieve an optimal metallization and UV coating process. The advantages of the automated PST Line II coating system are significant: dramatic economy savings in staff and material costs, increased capacity, faster changeovers and a process free of operator variables. It brings next level efficiency to both the varnishing and metallization process.
Tapematic S8+4
Le module S8+4 est un système de métallisation cathodique en ligne de nouvelle génération, équipé de deux cathodes de métallisation entièrement indépendantes, chacune capable de déposer des couches métalliques distinctes au cours d’un seul cycle continu. Cette flexibilité à double procédé permet de réaliser des revêtements sur des matériaux conducteurs ainsi que sur des substrats nécessitant une résistance mécanique accrue, ce qui en fait une solution idéale pour des secteurs stratégiques tels que l’automobile, la pharmacie et les cosmétiques haut de gamme. Avec une capacité de production dépassant les 10 000 pièces par heure, le S8+4 est conçu pour une fabrication à grande échelle et de haute qualité, offrant une stabilité de procédé, une précision et un rendement exceptionnels.
BT Coating I · In-line UV Coating module
On high-speed lines like the BT Coating I module, UV varnishes enable dramatically faster production. That’s because it can be cured instantaneously using infrared heat and UV lamps, minimizing the usage of VOC. Constructed around a central rotary dial, the BT Coating I module rotates 3D parts past up to four stations inside the module for spraying, IR baking and UV curing.It’s a super-fast, super-efficient form of finishing with no waiting time. Besides speed, there are other major advantages of the BT Coating I module, compared to traditional varnishing lines. There is a HD camera for checking for flaws, ensuring consistent quality control. There is also no batch system, so testing and setup can be done very quickly. The BT Coating I module comes with up to four different stations: Automated spray booth The parts rotate inside the booth while the guns remain static. The number of guns can be customised according to your needs. Spray types include Electrostatic, HVLP, Airless. It can spray any type of UV varnish. IR flash-off oven Quick drying system for evaporating the volatile elements in the varnish. Avoids bubbling and leaves a long-lasting, stable surface.
IDM II - In-line Hot Stamping Decoration Module
The Tapematic IDM II is the new fully automated in-line solution for the process of decorating substrates. Its design allows complex decoration in one continuous process, by linking and synchronizing multiple hot-stamping stations and is thereby capable of endless color and shape combinations, together with a serialization feature that allows any single item to be unique and distinguishable. Tapematic IDM II has been designed to be integrated into a modular line, such as the Tapematic PST Line II, combining metallization, decoration and coating in a fully automated in-line solution. Whether by way of pre-treatment, decoration, or varnishing, the object is never touched or manipulated, resulting in a smooth production process and further increasing the overall performance and excellent results. The advantages of the automated IDM II are indeed significant: dramatic economic savings in staff and material cost. PST Line C - Compact Size. Extra Power
La nouvelle PST Line C est un système en ligne compact avancé permettant d'appliquer un vernis stable de haute qualité et un revêtement métallique sur différents matériaux de substrat. Malgré sa petite taille, elle peut traiter automatiquement jusqu'à 7 800 pièces par heure, tout en garantissant les plus hauts standards de qualité de finition fixés par les fabricants d'emballages. Les avantages du système automatisé PST Line C sont en effet significatifs : encombrement au sol très minimal, faible investissement global, contrôle total de l'ensemble du processus géré par un seul opérateur, efficacité maximale en matière de consommation de vernis UV et réduction des déchets. La PST Line C offre le même concept que la PST Line II, où les objets se déplacent via un transport à chaîne atteignant toutes les différentes stations : du chargement et déchargement manuel, du nettoyage et du prétraitement, du vernissage primer, du vernissage de base UV, de la métallisation jusqu'au vernissage de top UV. Les nouveaux formats sont rapides et faciles à mettre en place. Différentes configurations peuvent être stockées dans le système pour un rappel instantané et un changement rapide, permettant des séries de production courtes pour une plus grande flexibilité
