PST Line II - New In-line 3D Sputtering coating system
The new state-of-the-art PST Line II is an in-line modular system for applying a stable, high-quality varnish and metal coating to different substrate materials. Its unparalleled capacity can automatically process up to 7800 pieces per hour, while guaranteeing consistently excellent quality while using less varnish. It is the economical and eco-friendly answer to the needs of packaging manufacturers worldwide. The PST Line II consists of several modules integrated together and dependent on the customer’s requirement. Supported by Tapematic engineers, PST Line II can be customised according to the required workflow and products in order to achieve an optimal metallization and UV coating process. The advantages of the automated PST Line II coating system are significant: dramatic economy savings in staff and material costs, increased capacity, faster changeovers and a process free of operator variables. It brings next level efficiency to both the varnishing and metallization process.

Tapematic S8+4
The S8+4 module is a next-generation in-line sputtering system equipped with two fully independent sputtering cathodes, each capable of depositing distinct metal layers in a single continuous cycle. This dual-process flexibility supports coatings on both conductive materials and substrates requiring enhanced mechanical resistance, making it ideal for strategic industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, and premium cosmetics. With a production capacity exceeding 10,000 parts per hour, the S8+4 is built for large-scale, high-quality manufacturing, offering exceptional process stability, precision, and throughput.

BT Coating II · In-line UV Coating module
The Tapematic BT Coating II is an extremely compact and versatile system for UV coating applications with the highest quality requirements. It is suitable for coating parts up to 102 mm diameter and 130 mm height, where a specified layer thickness must be precisely held within very tight tolerances. It is designed to be extremely efficient in order to achieve the highest yield requested in today’s markets such as cosmetic packaging, food and beverage packaging, automotive and pharmaceutical. The Tapematic BT Coating II sets new standard for UV coating application. With its, increased capacity, lower varnish consumption, faster changeovers and a process free of operator variables, brings to a next level the efficiency in today’s industries. Up to 7800 pieces can be processed per hour. Trays travel along a conveyor between the different modules. Up to 13 parts are arranged on a single tray. New formats are quick and easy to set-up, and different configurations can be stored in the system for instant recall and fast changeover, enabling production short runs for greater flexibility. The finely tuned interaction between the system technology, the coating system and the workpiece geometry is a decisive factor when it comes to achieving efficient production processes. It is always important to reduce the reject rate as much as possible. For this reason Tapematic BT Coating II can be equipped with a 3D HD camera-based optical inspection. This allows to inspect and grade every part instantaneously. It can check for consistency in the coating and spot even microscopic manufacturing flaws in shape, coating or imperfections. All without any operator presence or intervention.

IDM II - In-line Hot Stamping Decoration Module
The Tapematic IDM II is the new fully automated in-line solution for the process of decorating substrates. Its design allows complex decoration in one continuous process, by linking and synchronizing multiple hot-stamping stations and is thereby capable of endless color and shape combinations, together with a serialization feature that allows any single item to be unique and distinguishable. Tapematic IDM II has been designed to be integrated into a modular line, such as the Tapematic PST Line II, combining metallization, decoration and coating in a fully automated in-line solution. Whether by way of pre-treatment, decoration, or varnishing, the object is never touched or manipulated, resulting in a smooth production process and further increasing the overall performance and excellent results. The advantages of the automated IDM II are indeed significant: dramatic economic savings in staff and material cost. Increased capacity, faster changeovers, and a process free of operator variables and intervention. Introducing “next level” efficiency to varnishing and decoration process.

PST Line C - Compact Size. Extra Power
The new PST Line C is an advanced compact in-line system for applying a stable high-quality varnish and metal coating to different substrate materials. Despite the small size, it can automatically process up to 7800 pieces per hour, while guaranteeing the highest standard of quality of finish set by the packaging manufacturers. The advantages of the automated PST Line C system are indeed significant: very minimal floor space, small overall investment, full control of the entire process managed by a single operator, highest efficiency in UV varnish consumption and waste reduction. The PST Line C grants the same concept as the PST Line II, where objects move through a chain transport reaching all the different stations: from manual loading & offloading, cleaning & pretreatment, primer coating, UV base coating, metallization to UV top coating. New formats are quick and easy to set-up. Different configurations can be stored in the system for instant recall and fast changeover, enabling short production runs for greater flexibility
