Account Support Employee (Business unit Rituals)

As an account support employee, you have an indispensable role in our company. After all, this department is where all orders come in from our existing customers. In this position, together with an account manager and project manager, you are responsible for the Rituals account and other key accounts. You will manage the entire process from order to delivery of our packaging to the filler. When the customer’s order comes in, you will check with great care that everything is correct. We liaise with our colleagues in China to place the order and they then place the order with the manufacturers/suppliers – our partners. During this process, you monitor deadlines of our orders and liaise with our supply chain to keep customers up-to-date at all times. In doing so, you keep a comprehensive forecast of our customers, so that we can proactively engage with both our customers and our production team for the timely delivery of our packaging.

Beauty Product Buyer

As a Buyer at Orchard Custom Beauty, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and availability of our beauty products. You will be responsible for the entire purchasing process. As a buyer at Orchard, we are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, detail-oriented and the best at product pricing. In this role, you will be responsible for setting prices for products to be purchased and managing our supplier and category pools. You have a clear eye for critical success factors such as product quality, supplier performance and legal aspects of supplier contracts and you are eager to further develop the purchasing & sourcing discipline within our organisation. You have a strong feel for technical aspects of beauty packaging and can brainstorm with our suppliers on process improvements, which can result in economically attractive purchasing prices.

You ideally hold a commercial qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the cardboard sector.

As a proactive individual, you possess excellent sales techniques. Being organized, rigorous, and creative, you also have a highly developed sense of interpersonal skills and service, enabling you to drive your projects and establish trusted relationships with our teams and clients who use cardboard. Lastly, you are proficient with computer tools (CRM tool in place: Salesforce, ERP: Proginov, BI analysis tool). Your essential technical knowledge of cardboard products and your insight into needs analysis will allow you to provide personalized advice and relevant packaging solutions to our clients/prospects.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for:
Managing and growing key strategic accounts.

As a sales support officer, you will act as the right hand of the Project Manager and together you will be responsible for giving our customers the best products at the best service. You have a supporting role in the product development process and order processing. It is important that you are accurate, as we are dealing with really large quantities. With an order of, say, 100,000 to 500,000 pieces, a small mistake can have major consequences. During the product development process, you will assist the Project Manager and be in contact with suppliers to ensure that products are produced and delivered according to what we have offered to our customer, managing samples and schedules. You will also deal with various administrative tasks.
