Paris Packaging Week and ESIReims offered its students the chance to take part in a packaging design competition organised in collaboration with a prestigious brand. Huda Beauty’s challenge was to rethink the secondary packaging of the “liquid matte” lipstick, reducing the use of plastic without altering the dimensions, and to add an accessory to the primary packaging of a perfume from the brand’s “Kayali” animation collection.
In 2023, ESEPAC and ESP students brainstormed around the topic “How to create unique consumer experiences for perfume and make-up, putting craftsmanship upstream for luxury consumers?”. Their challenge was to come up with “disruptive” projects. The projects were presented on stage and exhibited on the schools’ stand. The competition was sponsored by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
