Management of commercial activities to foster agency growth, focusing on customer satisfaction and employee well-being. Significant role in commercial development (revenue, margin) by implementing the Group's strategy. Supervision of the sales team (field and office) with daily support to enhance their skills. Involvement in HR: identifying recruitment needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Monitoring key accounts and active collaboration with the Customer Service Manager. Strong interpersonal skills required for close collaboration with logistics and various departments at FIDEL FILLAUD's headquarters in Nantes (Purchasing, HR, Accounting, IT, Digital, Supply Chain).

Successful experience of at least 5 years in a role managing field sales teams.
Demonstrated excellent commercial acumen in a B2B environment, ideally in distribution.
Developed leadership and assertiveness qualities enabling you to motivate teams, communicate effectively, and successfully execute projects.

Comfortable with computer tools, ideally proficient in the Salesforce CRM.
