In support of our field sales team, you will develop, negotiate, and strengthen relationships with our clients through your follow-up on existing accounts (1200 clients in the managed sectors and €6.2 million in revenue). This involves identifying needs and proposing the most suitable solutions.
You will initiate actions to expand the cardboard product range with our clients. Additionally, you will conduct telephone prospecting actions based on predetermined targets:
Defining targets
Targeting determined by group commercial actions
Building and/or updating the client/prospect database
Outbound calls
Creating quotes
Follow-up on quotes
You will process web quotes for the cardboard section, follow up with inactive clients, and provide technical support on products within your range to the sales teams.
