Inside Sales Representative – Cardboard Packaging (M/F)

You ideally hold a commercial qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the cardboard sector. As a proactive individual, you possess excellent sales techniques. Being organized, rigorous, and creative, you also have a highly developed sense of interpersonal skills and service, enabling you to drive your projects and establish trusted relationships with our teams and clients who use cardboard. Lastly, you are proficient with computer tools (CRM tool in place: Salesforce, ERP: Proginov, BI analysis tool). Your essential technical knowledge of cardboard products and your insight into needs analysis will allow you to provide personalized advice and relevant packaging solutions to our clients/prospects.

In support of our field sales team, you will develop, negotiate, and strengthen relationships with our clients through your follow-up on existing accounts (1200 clients in the managed sectors and €6.2 million in revenue). This involves identifying needs and proposing the most suitable solutions.

You will initiate actions to expand the cardboard product range with our clients. Additionally, you will conduct telephone prospecting actions based on predetermined targets:

Defining targets
Targeting determined by group commercial actions
Building and/or updating the client/prospect database
Outbound calls
Creating quotes
Follow-up on quotes
You will process web quotes for the cardboard section, follow up with inactive clients, and provide technical support on products within your range to the sales teams.
