Patrón Tequila ravamps packaging for first time in three decades

Patrón Tequila has undergone a packaging revamp for the first time since it launched back in 1989. The new glass bottle, designed by Servaire & Co, is lighter weight and features embossed detailing.

Super-premium spirits brand Patrón Tequila has revealed a new visual identity for its bottle and secondary packaging across its core portfolio: Silver, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo.

The small-batch tequila purveyor called on French Servaire & Co for the primary packaging design. Retaining its bell-shaped silhouette, the bottle has been redesigned with an embossed glass pattern to recall an agave piña. Not only decorative, the embossing is also said to improve grip for bartenders and consumers. A cork stopper tops the bottle.
