Sonoco consumer packaging debuts unified metal and paper offering at Paris Packaging Week
At Paris Packaging Week, Sonoco unveiled its consolidated Consumer Packaging business, blending metal and rigid paper expertise to deliver circular, high-impact solutions ready for PPWR and EPR-driven packaging transformation across markets.
Paris Packaging Week 2026 was the first major European stage for the new Sonoco Consumer Packaging business, uniting the former Eviosys metal range with Sonoco’s rigid paper activities. The company presented an integrated portfolio spanning rigid paper containers, aerosol cans, promotional packs, food cans and vacuum closures, insisting the goal is to select the right substrate for each use rather than simply adding materials.
