FaiveleyTech presents its latest innovations in beauty packaging
FaiveleyTech is proud to have supported the launch of the Regenerating Melting Cream by Laboratoires Botanique Avancée, a prestigious brand born in the heart of Domaine de Baulieu in Aix-en-Provence. After more than two years of research and development, this ambitious project embodies a bold vision of skincare, where scientific rigor, botanical intelligence, and aesthetic excellence come together to create a unique experience.
In this context, FaiveleyTech leveraged its long-standing expertise in the design and integration of high-end components for cosmetic packaging. The teams at FaiveleyTech Orgelet’s Beauty BU notably developed:
• Functional inserts for lids and caps, designed to meet dimensional constraints and ensure ease of use.
• Technical and aesthetic ferrules, enabling precise positioning of caps and eco-friendly refills, with metallic finishes enhancing the brand’s premium visual identity.
• Custom assemblies, with bonding on glass or resin, combining performance and elegance.
This project is part of a broader approach, where technical innovation goes hand in hand with environmental responsibility. In line with FaiveleyTech’s values, it celebrates the fusion of French industrial expertise with inspiration drawn from the richness of local ecosystems, creating a natural and territorial anchoring.
At PCD during Paris Packaging Week, FaiveleyTech showcased this flagship packaging solution, along with other recent achievements, to demonstrate its ability to support beauty brands from concept through to production. An opportunity to discover how the company transforms creative and technical challenges into bespoke, sustainable, and inspiring solutions.
“This project with Laboratoires Botanique Avancée is, above all, a wonderful human adventure — one rooted in a deep respect for nature and a meticulous attention to detail. Behind every component, every curve, every finish, lies the commitment and passion of our teams to push boundaries further. Today, seeing these beautiful products come to life is a shared source of pride — the pride of having taken up and met a technical and aesthetic challenge together, in service of a brand that embodies excellence and purpose,” says Béryl Tomaschett, Sales Director of FaiveleyTech Orgelet.
Industrial expertise serving niche brands
For several years, FaiveleyTech has been supporting niche cosmetic brands, acting as an industrial partner from the earliest launch and project structuring phases. These often young and ambitious brands seek innovative technical solutions that combine creativity, performance, and sustainability — while preserving aesthetics and the user experience.
To meet these expectations, the Beauty Business Unit of FaiveleyTech Orgelet designs and manufactures high value-added packaging, leveraging a wide range of techniques, including multi-shot injection and glass bonding. The solutions developed incorporate responsible materials and tailored functionalities, with no compromise on desirability.
This approach has taken shape through notable collaborations, such as with 900.care (since 2019), Dix Hectares (for caps combining aesthetics and responsibility), and today with Laboratoires Botanique Avancée.
Committed to this momentum, FaiveleyTech is already preparing tomorrow’s launches, continuing its investments and reinforcing its position as a partner to the brands shaping the cosmetics industry.
Bio-based materials: real industrial challenges
On February 4 in Paris, FaiveleyTech took part in a conference day dedicated to the future of the beauty packaging market.
On this occasion, Alain Pierron, Development Director of the Beauty Business Unit at FaiveleyTech Orgelet, shared an industrial perspective on the opportunities and challenges involved in replacing traditional plastics with bio-based materials. His presentation drew on FaiveleyTech’s work in material innovation, particularly developments carried out in collaboration with Sulapac.
This speaking engagement forms part of the ongoing discussions led by FaiveleyTech at PCD, where teams engage with industry stakeholders on how to reconcile regulatory requirements, in-use performance, and the desirability of cosmetic packaging.
