Press release | Paris Packaging Week celebrates its 25th anniversary with an iconic milestone edition

Paris, 09/10/2025 – On 5 and 6 February 2026, Paris Packaging Week will celebrate its 25th anniversary, marking 25 years of innovation since the launch of PCD in 2001, the original event dedicated to the beauty market.

Over the years, Paris Packaging Week has become Europe’s leading event for packaging innovation and design, and this milestone edition will be held under the banner of the ICONIC spirit: Innovation, Creativity, Outstanding, Network, Inclusion, Celebration.

For two days, the event will bring together brands, suppliers, buyers, and designers from across the beauty, luxury, premium drinks, and aerosol sectors, alongside a new generation of creative talent. Expect inspiring talks, engaging experiences and a vibrant celebration of the ideas shaping the future of packaging. A vibrant dialogue between heritage and innovation, where timeless craftsmanship meets forward-thinking creativity.

Paris Packaging Week 2026: An ICONIC edition

With nearly 900 exhibitors expected, Paris Packaging Week 2026 (ADF, PCD, PLD and Packaging Première) is set to be Europe’s biggest event for packaging across the aerosol, beauty, premium drinks, and luxury markets.

Over two days, brands, suppliers, buyers, designers, and innovators will meet to explore the latest materials, technologies, and design trends defining the future of packaging. The Pentawards Festival will also make its highly anticipated return for a second year. As a global celebration of design excellence, it will once again bring together the design and creative community through inspiring conferences and a dedicated design agency village. Together, these five events promise an unparalleled experience for the global packaging community, combining inspiration, innovation, and opportunity under one roof.

This 25th anniversary edition will focus on six key pillars — Innovation, Creativity, Outstanding, Network, Inclusion, and Celebration — reflecting the event’s ambition to celebrate the creative force of the packaging industry and its ability to anticipate social, economic, and environmental change. As a leading platform for sourcing and inspiration, Paris Packaging Week will shine a spotlight on emerging talent and the diversity of a constantly evolving industry.

Festive and ambitious edition

Building on the remarkable success of 2025, which saw a 27% rise in visitor numbers, Paris Packaging Week 2026 will embrace a new, celebratory dimension, inviting its community to mark a quarter century of collective innovation. The event is already shaping up to be a true international crossroads of ideas, trends, and opportunities.

Key highlights include the return of the Pentawards Festival, celebrating the best in packaging design, and the brand-new Innovation Awards Gala Party at the Pavillon Vendôme, taking place the night before the show opens. Entries for the 2026 Innovation Awards close on 31 October 2025, offering professionals the chance to showcase their most remarkable projects. The Gala Party will launch the event and honour the winners in a festive, networking-focused atmosphere.

The 2026 edition will also include new areas dedicated to sustainable innovation, such as the Refill & Reuse Zone, spotlighting breakthrough solutions in refillable and reusable packaging, key topics at the heart of the PPWR.

“This 25th edition has a special resonance: it all began with PCD in 2001, focused on the beauty market, and since then, Paris Packaging Week has continued to grow and diversify alongside the industry,” says Josh Brooks, Co-Director of Paris Packaging Week. “Our ambition for 2026 is to deliver a truly ICONIC experience – inspiring, connected, and forward-looking – celebrating the innovation, creativity and talent shaping the packaging of tomorrow.”
