Charlotte Astle

Growth & Client Success Manager

Positive Luxury

Charlotte Astle is a sustainability and growth specialist working at the intersection of luxury, supply chains, and ESG transformation. At Positive Luxury, she leads growth initiatives across brands and suppliers, supporting the expansion of the organisation’s global client base and industry partnerships. She also works directly with leading luxury brands—including Tom Ford Beauty, Clase Azul, 111SKIN, and Bamford—guiding them through the Butterfly Mark Certification and advising on sustainability strategy, responsible sourcing, and supply-chain engagement. Prior to joining Positive Luxury, Charlotte worked at a London-based boutique sustainability consultancy and with Diptyque in the US market, giving her a strong blend of commercial, operational, and sustainability insight. She brings a pragmatic, future-focused perspective to helping luxury brands and their partners build resilient, responsible businesses fit for long-term success.
