Aptar accelerates dermocosmetics innovation with US-made packaging
Aptar Beauty has launched the Derma Series NA Edition, a collection of packaging and dispensing solutions largely produced in North America, designed to protect sensitive formulas, improve precision and support brands seeking more sustainable and faster-to-market options.
The new range brings together airless systems, cosmetic pumps, droppers, dispensing pumps, spray pumps and aerosol solutions developed for the specific needs of dermocosmetic products. Aptar’s US-made Micro and Mezzo airless systems offer full recyclability and are available with recycled materials, while the Star Drop dropper enables drop-by-drop application and the Amplitude pump combines twist-to-lock functionality with broad formula compatibility.
The collection also includes Evolux, a metal-free pump made in the US and designed for sensitive formulas, as well as the Future dispensing pump, a fully recyclable polyethylene option with a twist-to-lock mechanism and e-commerce capability. By relying on a North American production base, Aptar aims to strengthen supply chain resilience, accelerate innovation and shorten time to market for brands operating in this demanding category.
