KANTAR’s 2025 Index shows that while 85% of consumers say they are willing to change, only 29% actually do so, mainly because refill systems are often seen as inconvenient.
Natulim tackles this gap with a fresh, innovative approach. Already well known for its laundry sheets, the brand is now the first in Spain to scale the MEADOW KAPSUL™ technology: an aluminum container paired with a durable, reusable dispenser designed for true circularity.

This exclusive new 3D printing technology developed by Envases Group makes it possible to recreate the look and feel of wood on an aluminum bottle, faithfully replicating its texture and visual appearance. The concept turns the aluminum bottle into a true sensory experience.
The technology is available across our full bottle range, from 30 ml to 500 ml, with multiple neck options (1 inch, screw neck, FEA15) and an aluminum content of up to 100% recycled PCR, without compromising mechanical strength or performance quality. It can also be combined with our fully integrated hot stamping process.

BeeCap is a PCR plastic aerosol overcap designed to minimize material use while maintaining strength and top-load performance, thanks to its honeycomb structure. The hexagonal openings, inspired by nature, optimize efficiency and reduce raw material consumption. Key benefits:
Enhanced mechanical strength: the hexagonal structure distributes load evenly and improves crush resistance.
Reduced weight: up to 50% lighter than traditional overcaps, lowering both costs and environmental impact.

CosterEco Regulator
The CosterEco Regulator project was launched as the next generation of CosterEco technology, enabling compressed-gas aerosols (air, nitrogen) to deliver a consistent spray throughout the product’s lifetime. The goal was to extend this performance to more complex formulations, including viscous products or those containing particles, while remaining fully compatible with existing filling lines and standard valves (Ø 3.9 mm stem).
The solution needed to integrate a fully recyclable actuator, ensure safety under high pressure conditions of up to 10 bar, and meet the growing demand for sustainable, high-performance dispensing systems.

EZ ROTATE AIRLESS
Until now, most eco-friendly refill systems were limited to round bottles, as the inner container had to be rotated to be attached or removed.
EZ ROTATE AIRLESS introduces a breakthrough solution: the inner bottle is pushed downward through the rotation of the neck and shoulder assembly, making it possible to apply refill systems to a wide variety of bottle shapes, including square, oval, triangular, or even star-shaped designs, well beyond the traditional round format.
Made entirely from environmentally friendly materials (PP, PE, PET), EZ ROTATE AIRLESS is a sustainable system that combines design freedom with durability.

This project delivers best-in-class performance with a wall thickness of just 0.26 mm for a D48 top rated at 15 bar, representing a 10.34% reduction in material per component.
The innovation is driven by:
Material enhancement: the use of HSS TH620N steel, with strength up to 650 MPa, enabling extreme wall lightweighting.
- Geometric optimization: a redesigned dome profile supported by FEA analysis, concentrating strength precisely where it is needed.
This combination ensures minimal material use while maintaining the highest level of safety.
