Annecy Bicycle and Ski Helmet

Our packaging fully met its innovation objectives by delivering an eco-friendly, logistically efficient, and luxurious solution.

Technical innovation:
The integration of textile ribbon handles into a folding box required specific die-cutting and anchoring. The challenge was to ensure the handles could reliably support the weight of the helmet over time without tearing the board, while maintaining perfect flatness during storage.

Logistics innovation:
The design allows for 100% flat folding, reducing storage volume and optimizing shipping costs.

Proof of durability:
After one year of use, the box demonstrates lasting robustness and functionality, meeting both retail and e-commerce requirements

Stelneo

Stelneo meets these objectives by combining technical textiles with integrated inflatable protection. Each package incorporates a patented internal air chamber that absorbs shocks and adapts to the product’s shape, ensuring optimal protection while remaining lightweight.

The structure, made from durable, weldable materials sourced from high-end luggage and sports engineering, offers waterproofing, flexibility, and elegance. It is fully recyclable and produced from recycled materials.

A discreet QR code or GPS tracker can be integrated to monitor usage cycles, manage returns, and transform the packaging into a connected, circular logistics asset.

The challenge was to combine mechanical performance with elegance, delivering a structure robust enough for logistical constraints while meeting luxury standards. Thanks to modular, customizable designs, Stelneo offers reusable packaging capable of up to 100 cycles, fully aligned with the brand’s sustainability values.

TCO Tea Canister Mid-Autumn Festival Gift Set

The TCO gift box addresses a major challenge: achieving high-definition, full-color printing on a ceramic surface. This innovation makes it possible to apply complex illustrations to a curved form, with perfect adhesion of both the detailed artwork and the glossy “TCO blue” base, without cracking or loss of precision during firing. The packaging thus becomes a true artistic piece with strong visual impact.

Ceramic also provides superior protection against light and temperature variations.

This manufacturing achievement demonstrates that rich decoration can be industrialized on a demanding material without compromising premium functionality or protective performance. The box becomes a collectible object, combining striking decoration with technical excellence.

The lantern of time

This interplay of light and shadow is not merely decorative, it is narrative.

Each face becomes a page of a poetic tale, cut with extreme precision: five layers of paper stacked together, with twenty individual die-cuts per side.

The result is a captivating visual depth, where light flows between the layers much like time passing through the ages.

At the heart of the box, the moon is not simply depicted, it comes to life.

Through a discreet mechanism hidden within the lantern’s structure, the phases of the moon, all the way to an eclipse, can be recreated by turning a wheel engraved with Macallan’s lunar symbol.

The object thus becomes a poetic metaphor for time, a reminder of the patience and mastery that define the maturation of Macallan whiskies.

The CHAUMET Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern

The packaging stands out through a two-phase life cycle, evolving into a decorative lantern. The box and its base become the pedestal and support, while a bi-material lampshade (honeycomb structure and tracing paper) creates a lasting artistic piece by day and a soft, ambient light by night.

The wooden base integrates a high-capacity rechargeable battery and a silent rotating lighting mechanism, allowing the electronics to be fully concealed while preserving a refined, luxurious aesthetic.

This creation transforms ephemeral packaging into a heritage object, eliminating waste and illustrating a visionary “from gift to treasure” cycle, combining structural ingenuity with elegant technology.

Majoral jewelry packaging system

We designed a large, versatile square box capable of holding both rings and necklaces. The inner foam is not merely a support but becomes a miniature landscape, adaptable to each piece. This system reduces components, optimizes logistics and storage, and elevates the unboxing ritual by combining technical rigor with sensory storytelling.

Papira cellulosic foam, used for the first time in fine jewelry, is a plastic-free material that is recyclable with paper and biodegradable in home compost. It enables a circular packaging approach, reducing waste and carbon footprint, while offering either smooth or textured surfaces that reflect care and refinement.

All boxes are lined with recycled paper made from algae, in line with Majoral’s commitment to materials that carry meaning and history.

2L Home fragrance diffuser

We successfully created this bottle, despite its high level of complexity due to its size, thanks to a dedicated semi-automatic process. Human intervention was required for the finishing stages, particularly the cutting and polishing of the neck, to achieve the same appearance as the smaller formats.

Maintaining a level of excellence with such a large volume of glass was a real challenge, requiring extreme precision and vigilance at every stage of production.

This packaging deserves an award as it fully embodies Diptyque’s expertise in design and glassmaking. While producing a diffuser bottle may seem simple, achieving excellence with more than 3 kg of glass is a major technical feat.
