Beware of Fake List Vendors and Similar Scams!
Easyfairs draws your attention to fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.
If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. Easyfairs never sells visitor data to third parties.
The data provided by these companies is most of the time either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even fake and/or have been gathered or acquired in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any use that such companies make of the name Easyfairs or Futurebuild is without our authorisation and is illegal.
Please do not respond to these emails. On no account should you make any payments to the companies behind them.
Please inform Easyfairs if you receive any such solicitations so we can warn others.
Intellectual property
We take great pride in creating a unique environment for our exhibitors and visitors to enjoy. An integral part of this environment is the high standards that we require from our exhibitors when they are participating.
These standards include respecting the intellectual property rights (IPRs) of others and we require that each exhibitor only exhibits products and services for which they own the IPR, or have a right to use. The promotion of products or services for which exhibitors do not own the IPR, or do not have the right to use the IPR, will not be tolerated.
If any such infringement (or attempt to infringe, or suspicion of infringement) of the IPR of a third party is brought to our attention, we will take such actions as we may deem necessary and appropriate to protect our exhibitors, visitors and the reputation of the event. Actions may include but are not limited to the removal of items from the stand, stand closure and/or suspension of the exhibitor from future events. Any action taken will be at the sole discretion of the organiser.
