About us
Founded in 1992, Acti Pack is specialising in the manufacturer of PET and RPET bottles, jars and squeezers for the health and personal care market as well as food and leisure industries.
We are offering more than 150 standard products with various opening, shapes and capacities from 20 ml to 5000ml.
In addition to our standard lines we are also studying, developing and producing customised products according to our customers' requirements.
We are working in close synergy with our sister companies Loire Plastic Industrie and Lapac, specializing in the manufacture of PP closures, in order to offer complete packaging solution to our customers: jar + lid or bottle + cap.
Acti Pack has been committed for many years to environmental protection and eco-design in its packaging.
To support our clients, we offer alternative solutions using eco-friendly materials. As such, our entire range of standard or specific PET jars, squeezers, and bottles is available in recycled RPET material. Depending on customers’ requests, we offer manufacturing including recycled PET material from 25% to 100%.
RPET is certified for food contact and remains a 100% recyclable material!
We are also committed to offering lighter solutions to our clients, in order to reduce the weight of our packaging as much as possible while maintaining the necessary properties for product packaging. Today, we offer packaging with weight reductions of 15% to 25%, depending on the product, while maintaining the quality required by our customers.

PET bottles & jars
Acti Pack has been specializing in the manufacturing of PET and RPET packaging for more than 30 years. Our standard range of PET and RPET jars, bottles, and tottle bottles from 20 ml to 5000 ml are suitable for a variety of applications such as shampoos, shower gels, micellar waters, cleansing gels, styling gels, sun care products, skincare creams, bath salts, etc. Our developments are carried out in partnership with our sister company Loire Plastic Industrie, which specializes in plastic injection, to offer customized closure solutions, creating a perfect set: dispensing caps or simple caps, screwed or clipped, mono- or bi-color, to meet market demands. In addition to our standard ranges, we are offering customized developments according to specifications. Thanks to the synergy with our subsidiaries Lapac and Loire Plastic Industrie, specializing in injection, we have the possibility to offer global packaging solution including a bottle/jar with corresponding closure to meet our customers' expectations.
New VAO range
For the personal care market, we are introducing a new development in synergy with our sister company Loire Plastic Industrie, allowing us to present a complete packaging solution – bottle + cap: the 250 ml VAO model and the new bi-colour NOVE cap. The sleek design of the new VAO model is in perfect harmony with the associated NOVE cap, where the usual soft curves of our bottle ranges are replaced by a more geometric design with pronounced angles. The edges of the NOVE cap align with the VAO bottle, creating a balanced ensemble. Available in recyclable PET material, which can incorporate up to 100% recycled PET (RPET), our new 250 ml VAO model is easy to handle and features a large surface for branding, making it ideal for hygiene products such as shower gels or shampoos for the private label market. The bottle and cap set is 100% recyclable.
Step range
Acti Pack and Loire Plastic Industrie are proposing complete set of jar and lid « STEP ». Available from 50 ml to 500 ml, "STEP" range is developed with neck Twist off 63 m and Twist off 82 mm. Our R&D departments have been working in close collaboration in order to offer a perfectly stackable range: jars and lids STEP have been developed to enable an excellent stacking up of packaging on shelf space. The cylindrical shape and the harmony of closure give to this range sober and elegant design. These jars will meet your expectations for packing beauty products as well as your food projects.
Next range
We are presenting our new range of PET jars "NEXT". Developed with standard neck Twist off 63 mm, "NEXT" range is available from 100 ml to 250 ml, in PET and RPET from 25% to 100%. The jars are suitable with "Step" closure from Loire Plastic Industrie in order to present a fully stackable range of products for presentation of your customers' shelves. "NEXT" line of jars is completing our currently successful bottles' range "NEXT" available from 100ml to 1000ml.
Green Concept
Acti Pack has been committed for many years to respect and protect the environment and to ecoconception demarch of our packaging. To support our customers, we are offering alternative packaging solutions in using eco-responsible raw materials. Then the complete ranges of our PET bottles and jars, standard or customized, are available including PCR PET. On customers’ requests, our productions can be made in integrating different rates of recycled PET from 25% to 100%. The RPET material is certified food contact and is 100% recyclable! We are also engaged to propose lightweight solutions to our customers in order to reduce at the maximum the weight of our packaging in maintaining the necessary properties for the packing of products.
Ecodesigned ISIL range
For health and personal care market, we are proposing a new PET bottle "Isil”, meaning discrete in Basque. This new development of bottles, available in PET and RPET, is also proposed in collaboration with our sister company Loire Plastic Industrie, specialising in plastic injection, in order to offer a complete packaging of botte + cap. The design of new « Isil » range is meant to be discrete, with straight shoulders and cylindrical shape. The discretion of "Isil" range is located in its neck and cap, which are flat and thin. The range is eco-designed in order to have a couple "Bottle/cap" with reduced weight of more than 15% compared to our current similar models. Firstly, available in 200 ml and 250 ml, additional capacities from 150 ml to 400 ml are planed very soon.
Pills dispensers
Lately our new pills dispensers in PET are widening our offer. Dedicated to para-pharmacy and nutritional supplements, pills dispensers VITAL 300 ml and VITAMIN 250 ml are the last born from our standard range. Whereas the model VITAL 300 ml is available with standard screw neck to adapt metal or plastic cap, pills dispenser VITAMIN 250 ml is developed with tamper evident neck and 1st opening security.
