Cut-to-length
With our cut-to-length service, dip tubes are produced to exact dimensions for your applications—matched to our own primary packaging (trigger sprayers, fine-mist atomizers, and dispenser/lotion pumps) and customized to your specification.
Painting
We offer painting of our products as a service. This gives you the opportunity to customize your product packaging. POHLI offers matt and glossy finishes, both translucent and opaque. Both glass and plastic packaging and closures can be painted. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for recordings only apply once per item and are charged pro rata.
In-Mould Labelling
Our individual production offers many possibilities: logos, images, graphics, individual graduation, both opaque and transparent. This brings clear and easy-to-read markings for end users that comply with EU Pharmacopoeia and CE standards. We can use 1-8 Pantone® colors in offset quality, standard on natural colored polypropylene material. The minimum production quantity is 30,000 pieces, and three different motifs can be realized in one production.
Gamma irradiation
Gamma radiation is suitable for sterilizing objects. The advantage is the high penetration depth at a relatively low dose rate. The high-energy gamma rays destroy the DNA of microorganisms, making them harmless. Radiation sterilization is therefore the only process to sterilize products in their packaging without significantly increasing the temperature and without using chemicals, which always carry the risk of leaving residues. Even the contaminated inner surfaces of closed packaging or components with complex geometric shapes are safely and reliably sterilized using high-energy radiation. These advantages make radiation sterilization a simple, effective and environmentally friendly alternative compared to other methods.
Storage & packaging
Pohli offers the full service of stocking over 12,000 items. The well-known POHLI catalog range is only a selection of the products in stock. As an official partner and logistics service provider for various production partners, we store around 20,000 pallets on an area of around 12,000 m³. In addition to pure stockpiling, there is also customer-specific and specific packaging, labeling and outer packaging of goods according to our customers’ wishes. Our service also includes adapting product elements, such as shortening atomizer and dispenser riser tubes on modern cutting systems or packaging them into smaller units, including shrink-wrapping them in small packaging.
Protective coating
With the anti-shatter coating on glass bottles, we get the chemical resistance of glass combined with the safety that only plastic otherwise offers. The glass bottles are coated with a natural-colored special polyethylene. The raw material is brought to the surface of the glass bottle using a special process and combines there to form a seamless, perfectly fitting plastic jacket. The plastic coating reduces the susceptibility of the glass to breakage. It forms a seamless, perfectly fitting plastic coating. If the glass bottle does break after a fall, the intact plastic jacket can prevent the contents from escaping, allowing for proper disposal and reducing the risk of injury. These properties make glass bottles with anti-shatter coating ideal for handling hazardous substances. Theoretically, almost every bottle in our range can be provided with this special coating.
Lid embossing
As a service, we offer embossing on our aluminum closures. This gives you the opportunity to individually upgrade your product packaging. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for embossing stamps and recordings only occur once per item and are charged pro rata.
UV powder coating
Glass packaging such as dropper bottles, syrup bottles and other bottles for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical liquids have decisive advantages to offer: Glass is tasteless and there is no interaction with the contents. This means that neither the taste, smell nor ingredients of the packaging can be transferred to the contents. With an additional coating, original white or stained glass bottles can be given any desired color. This finish is beautiful and not only increases the attractiveness of the bottle, but also has useful functional properties. For example, light and UV protection. Sunlight, but also neon light, can change or damage ingredients. Light-sensitive chemicals are therefore often packaged in completely blackened and light-tight bottles so that the liquid only hardens when it is removed and processed with UV light. In addition, oxidation by UV rays as well as discoloration or flocculation of the filling material can be counteracted. For example, this type of packaging is often used for UV nail polish products and medical applications. We offer you this service for glass bottles of all types and shapes from our range with a minimum quantity of 10,000 glass containers. Metallization
We offer the metallization of certain products as a service. This gives you the opportunity to individually upgrade your product packaging. POHLI offers metallization in gold and silver, either shiny or matt, e.g. B. on product parts such as pump heads, closure elements or plug caps. Both glass and plastic packaging and closures can be metallized. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for recordings only apply once per item and are charged pro rata.
Hot foil stamping
As a service, we offer hot foil stamping on certain products. This gives you the opportunity to individually upgrade your product packaging. The technical feasibility depends on the shape and type of packaging. POHLI offers hot foil stamping in gold and silver, either glossy or matt. Other colors are also possible. Both glass and plastic packaging and closures can be embossed. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for recordings only apply once per item and are charged pro rata.

We offer printing on our products as a service. This gives you the opportunity to individually upgrade your product packaging. The possibility of printing depends on the shape and type of packaging. POHLI offers pad and screen printing up to 4 colors. Both glass and plastic packaging and closures can be printed. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for recordings, screens and films only occur once per item and are charged pro rata.
airless-dispenser
We carry a variety of different series of different airless dispenser systems in our stock program. The advantage of these systems is a 99% residual emptying of the filling goods, in combination with a 100% recyclability of the products. We offer the well-known top-fill systems from the “Nano”, “Micro Round”, “Mezzo Round”, “Pearl” and “Eden” series as well as bottom-fill systems from the “Macro Compact Round” series and HVDS systems. The volumes range from 5 ml to 1,000 ml. The standard colors are white, natural (transparent) and black. However, optionally also available with various finished snap-on adapters, with all-round hot-foil embossing as well as lacquered and fully embossed caps for the respective base parts. Depending on the airless dispenser series, these have different dispensing volumes. This ranges from 0.2 ml for the smallest systems to up to 7.5 ml for the largest dispenser systems.
plastic-bottles
We offer our customers a large selection of different plastic bottles. Cosmetic bottles, oval bottles, soap dispenser bottles, foam bottles, bottles for the pharmaceutical sector, round bottles and also chemical bottles with and without UN approval for liquids or solids. Various materials are used: HD-PE, LD-PE and PET. However, we also have various of our own tools for many bottle series and production here also runs in the standard colors: white, natural color (transparent) and, if required, in black based on individual Pantone specifications. Many of the plastic bottles can be produced from virgin material as listed above, alternatively we are happy to offer sustainable materials such as R-PET or Braskem(r), completely project-specific, as the end customer wishes. Of course, we have the appropriate accessories for all bottles such as closures, atomizers, dispensers and dosing caps in many colors and shapes.

In addition to classic pharmacy jars, jars, jars with and without tamper-evident closures, special pharmaceutical jars, PET jars in all shapes and colors, jars for nutritional supplements, we also offer our customers a wide range of cosmetic items such as double-wall jars and cream jars. The cans are made from different materials: HDPE, PP, SAN, PETG and PET. The cans are visually coordinated with the corresponding bottles and airless dispensers in order to be able to configure a variety of different series. We would be happy to be your contact for implementation. The products are available with a variety of different sealing options, depending on the customer’s needs: foam inserts, cone seals, pressure-sensitive inserts and even IHS inserts are no problem depending on your needs. If the cans need to be refined or individually colored according to Pantone, this is possible depending on the customer’s wishes.

We offer our customers a wide variety of glass bottles for a wide variety of applications. From room fragrance bottles with all accessories, cosmetic bottles in all shapes, serum and mini bottles, opal glass bottles to match our crucible series, a wide range of bottles with DIN threads such as dropper bottles, syrup bottles, cylindrical packaging bottles, Meplat bottles and also chemical bottles with narrow necks – and wide neck threads. Glass carboys with a capacity of 25 liters are also one of our special containers, especially in combination for the hazardous goods area. For the products we offer a large selection of closures with and without originality, dispenser pumps, atomizers, aluminum lids and special closures for the UN area. Especially in the area of cosmetic packaging, we offer all forms of finishing such as printing, hot foil stamping, painting and coating.
glass-jars
Our range of glass jars includes both the classic glass jars in clear and brown as well as a wide variety of glass jars with DIN threads from 5 ml to 500. The range also includes wide-mouth jars in all sizes, glass packers, pharmaceutical-approved jars, pharmacist jars, ink jars, Inko jars and opal glass jars. In addition to the range listed above, we offer a large selection of cosmetic jars made from purely European quality. Made of white glass and also many acid-frosted versions. The crucibles can be printed, hot foil stamped and also painted.
aluminum products
We specialize in aluminum packaging and its refinements, which are mostly carried out in printing in offset quality according to Euroscale, as well as in the embossing of aluminum lids – positive, negative or both. As a basis, we offer aluminum cans in three series: the higher “Softline series”, the broader “Softline Extreme series”, as well as aluminum cans with additive plastic inserts. In general, all cans are food-compliant, appropriately coated and EU-produced. As a supplement, we offer aluminum bottles from 50 ml to 750 ml made of normal aluminum as well as 100% PCR aluminum. The bottles have a matt brushed finish and cosmetic thread types to allow the full range of closures to be used.
buckets & canister
n our central warehouse in Wuppertal we stock all common sizes of bucket types. The volumes range from 1,000 ml to 30,000 ml, both with and without a handle. The standard color is white, some sizes are also available in black and transparent. In general, we also offer each bucket in other standard colors such as: transparent, black, blue, red, green, yellow, orange, light blue. Our buckets are waterproof, food-safe and have a stacking fixation that prevents them from riding up during transport. Buckets can be finished with in-mold labeling upon request. Plastic canisters are also available from 2.5l to 30l in the colors: natural, blue, white and sometimes black. The canisters generally have UN approval and accessories such as drain taps or large-volume dispenser pumps are possible. In addition to the normal plastic canisters, folding canisters with outer cardboard boxes from 3,000 ml to 30,000 ml are also available. We can print the boxes individually.
fall protection packaging
We specialize in fall protection packaging, where we offer multiple systems in addition to the well-known standard range for individual bottles. In addition, we offer various UN fall protection packs for our 20 and 25 l glass carboys. Especially with carrying straps, anti-splinter coatings and outer packaging that is water-repellent. We can provide you with individual solutions and help with questions relating to approval and the many possible solutions. Various sizes of insulated containers are also available to complement the range.

We have the appropriate range of closures to match all the packs we offer our customers. In total there are over 1200 types of closures in different shapes, colors and designs. The range ranges from screw caps with and without originality, disc top caps, folding hinge caps, dispenser pumps, atomizers, trigger pumps, aluminum and tinplate caps, child safety and push-twist caps, pipette fittings in all designs, screw caps, inserts, capillary rods, applicator caps, Plug-in caps, dosing aids, measuring cups and dosing cups through to bounce closures and Inko closures.
