BBC CELLPACK Packaging, a printer and manufacturer for flexible packaging company: your partner for a sustainable future
At BBC CELLPACK Packaging, a flexible packaging company recognised on the European market, we design and manufacture high-performance, sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging solutions.
Our mission: to support brands and manufacturers in their transition to recyclable and eco-designed flexible packaging, without compromising on quality or productivity.
Our team of 250 people is spread across our three production sites in Illfurth, France, and Lauterecken and Langgöns, Germany. We are proud of our international reach in the distribution of flexible packaging solutions, offering our products and services across borders.
In addition, our products include a wide range of reels, pouches and cushion pads. Made from paper and/or film, our flexible packaging solutions are suitable for the food, cosmetics and cleaning product markets, as well as for all types of packaged products.

CELLPads
Our customisable and tailor-made cushion pads, designed to fit your boxes and packaging, are ready for recycling while meeting your technical specifications. We can provide a cushioning solution for every product. From sweet treats such as chocolate and confectionery to non-food items such as cosmetics, home care product, automotive products, IT equipment and much more, our CELLPads Standard and CELLPads Shaped are your ideal choice for eco-friendly and effective protection. Made from mono-material paper, these cushion pads offer adjustable thicknesses ranging from 3 to 9 layers for optimal protection of your products. With a variety of sizes and shapes available, our cushion pads fit perfectly into your boxes and packaging, enabling you to stand out in the market and delight your customers from the moment they open the package.
CELLRoll Folding
Our paper packaging designed for folding applications is suitable for various types of folding and offers different technical properties depending on the nature of your product. Always ready for recycling, our flexible packaging is sure to win you over. Which markets are targeted by CELLRoll Folding? Our range of folding packaging is designed for non-food products, including all solid cosmetics such as solid soaps and shampoos, as well as stationery and office supplies. In addition, all cheese products packaged in folding packaging, as well as confectionery products such as hard sweets, chewing gum, chocolates, pralines, toffees and lollipops, are suitable. Our folding packaging solutions are available in film-based structures or paper-based structures with single- or double-sided coating, with or without heat-sealable varnish. You also have the option of choosing a paper/film structure or a single-paper duplex. As experts in paper coating, our expertise guarantees high-quality packaging. Our CELLRoll Folding solution offers a variety of features, such as under-product folding, X-sealing or wrapping.
CELLPouch No Spout - Doypack
Our CELLPouch No Spout - Doypack® range, designed for a wide choice of applications and offering different closure options to suit your needs. These pouch solutions, ready to be recycled, guarantee the satisfaction and optimal conservation of your products. What types of market are covered by CELLPouch No Spout - Doypack®? Cosmetics and home care products are affected, including everything from dishwasher tablets and detergents to cleaning powders. Food products such as cheese products, dairy products, dried fruit, teas and infusions, cereals, biscuits, chocolates and confectionery are also concerned. With barrier properties, our preformed pouch can hold up to 1 kg of contents and has been designed with sustainable development in mind. Easy opening with notch, zip to close the packaging, opaque or transparent with matt or gloss finish, European hole or handle available for point-of-sale shelving: this flexible packaging solution will help you gain market share thanks to all its possible options.
CELLPouch Center Spout
Our pouches with centered closures are suitable for a wide range of products, both food and non-food, and offer different technical properties depending on your specific needs. With its high barrier properties to oxygen and water vapour, our bottle has been designed with sustainable development in mind and is filled through the spout. Discover our range of CELLPouch Center Spout products, made from PP monomaterial with an 8.5 mm PP spout and PP cap. Our aim is to provide you with quality packaging made entirely of monomaterial. What types of market are covered by CELLPouch Center Spout? Cosmetic products, in particular everything in small and travel format. Food products such as compotes, fruit purées, juices, dairy products like yoghurts and cream desserts, as well as sauces and dressings.
CELLPouch Corner Spout
Our pouch packaging, with a side cap, is designed to be recyclable while meeting your specific technical requirements. What types of market are covered by CELLPouch Corner Spout? Liquid or powdered products, such as cosmetics, household cleaning products, food products such as sugar, honey, sauces, dressings and pastes. Our pouch is also suitable for eco-refill applications of soap, detergent and other bathroom products. Our CELLPouch Corner Spout range is made from PE monomaterial, from the pouch to the spout. Our aim is to offer quality packaging made entirely of monomaterial, with a 10.5 mm spout and a cap also made of PE. Designed to be recyclable, PVDC-free, with a matt or gloss finish and a transparent or opaque structure, our pouch packaging solution is lightweight, practical and offers optimum print quality.
