About us
Budé designs, builds and supports industrial machinery and automation solutions, with specialist expertise in aerosol production technology.
Every project starts with understanding the customer's actual production needs. By combining our engineering expertise with the customer's knowledge of their process, we determine the most suitable technical approach. We use proven technology wherever possible, adapt or integrate existing solutions where needed, and develop new solutions when the application requires it.
Our focus extends beyond technical performance. We design machinery for the realities of daily production, considering reliability, ease of operation, maintenance, efficient changeovers and rapid recovery from interruptions.

Products & services
Gasshaker
The gassing shaking technolgy is especially developed to add gas into viscous products, like whipped cream, PU Foam, tapping oil etc. Our technology creates the opportunity to add gas (time over pressure) over a longer period.
Pressure tester
The pressure tester tests the pressure inside the aerosol can. It can test the right filling pressure after the finale gassing with an accuracy of +/- 0,5 bar for steel cans. With the pressure tester we are able to reject false gassed/crimped cans before filling. Ideal for testing BOV cans before filling.
Semi-Automatic shaker
The semi-automatic shaker unit is designed to offer the option to test concepts and configurations and to confirm if benefits can be achieved with the shaking technology. The unit comes with a simple touchscreen user interface. A crimping unit can be installed separately but could also be integrated next to the shaking unit. Different types of gas can be used while a mass-flow unit adds to the parameters that can be influenced and monitored. As such the unit is the ideal starting point to explore the opportunities that can be achieved with the shaking technology
Linear gas shaker
Based on our proven gasshaking technology we designed the linear gasshaker for the regular aerosol market. The linear gasshaker is available in several versions that differ in size, ranging from 4 to 12 shake units. The speed of these linear systems varies between 10 – 60 cpm, depending on required the shake-times.
