Cabomet is an Italian company that since 1985 has been operating in the field of high vacuum metallization with PVD and sputtering technology, finishing treatments thanks to water-based, solvent and the most performing UV coating system.

PVD Metallization Sputtering
PVD technology represents a sustainable, fast and clean process. It consists in a physical vapour high vacuum deposition of aluminium with a pureness until to 99,9%. In sputtering technology, the source of deposition is represented by a metal plate (chrome, copper, brass, etc) or even precious metals like gold and silver. The cohesion between the positivity of the gas and negativity of the target inside the chamber, permits the position of a metal film on the entire of surface, that guarantees mechanical and chemical performances over time.
Metallizing Process - PVD

Plastic Injection Extrusion
In order to complete the range of services cabomet provides plastic molding, which consists of the transformation of thermoplastic polymers of different colors into customized or mass-produced products. Excellent quality is guaranteed by three automated presses, which permit continuous-cycle processing.
