The companies in the CERTINA PACKAGING GROUP are highly specialized experts for innovative and sustainable plastic packaging, and can look back on a total of 300 years of plastic processing experience.
Thanks to our different manufacturing technologies, which range from injection moulding to plastic blowing processes and co-extrusion, we offer our customers the major advantage of implementing the best possible packaging solution for their product lines across companies. The cosmetics industry is particularly reliant on our expertise for producing top quality brand packaging.
Our comprehensive standard portfolio ranges from bottles and flacons with a wide variety of closing and dispensing options to jars and cans and also sticks and roll-ons. However, we also develop tailored solutions for customer-specific packaging requirements. Our wide range of in-house refining techniques such as screen printing, lacquering, hot foil stamping and metallization are an invaluable advantage, which give the brand packaging the company's individual look and make it unmistakable.

DIEGO ONE LINE REFILL – Refill, Don’t Replace
The DIEGO ONE LINE REFILL introduces an innovative, patented system for refillable sticks designed specifically for solid formulations. It sets a new standard in sustainability, resource efficiency, and ease of use. Instead of wasting the whole stick, you just buy the new refill in a small refill container, while the durable outer case can be reused again and again. This approach not only reduces waste but also significantly cuts plastic consumption – achieving an estimated 78% reduction compared to conventional sticks. Currently, the DIEGO ONE LINE is available in a 25 ml version, with the refill cartridge holding 28 ml and available either with a cap or sealed. Refilling is simple and intuitive: the cartridge is placed onto the empty stick and snaps into place with a click. Then, the contents are pressed down into the outer sleeve using just your finger – done. No tools, no fuss, just a smart, sustainable refill process. With the DIEGO ONE LINE REFILL, sustainability meets convenience and innovation, providing a solution that seamlessly combines environmental responsibility, cutting-edge technology, and modern design.

Whether as a lovingly designed sample jar, an exclusive travel format or a very special detail in your skincare range – our minis lend every product a touch of elegance and sophistication. For lip balm, eye cream, care oils, UV nail gels or nail art powder – our small sizes from 5 ml to 20 ml are simply unbeatable. Choose from different materials, shapes and many lid options – all combinable, individually printable and, of course, sustainable! We love minis! PET2AIR – The Next Generation of Sustainable Airless Packaging
PET2AIR represents an innovative airless solution that perfectly combines functionality, product protection, and sustainability. The system unites an outer bottle made of PET or heavy-wall PET with an inner PET pouch and a high-performance airless pump – a forward-thinking combination that delivers maximum performance while being fully recyclable. The PET2AIR airless technology works independently of bottle shape, offering complete design freedom – whether round, square, or oval. At the same time, it provides optimal protection for sensitive formulations: the product remains airtight, preservatives can be reduced, and shelf life is significantly extended. Precise dosing ensures clean, hygienic dispensing with every use. A key advantage is the near-total evacuation rate of approximately 97%, ensuring that every drop of the product is used efficiently – saving resources and costs alike. For added sustainability, the outer bottle can be made from rPET, while the inner pouch is produced from virgin PET. Since the product never comes into direct contact with recycled material, extensive approval testing is unnecessary – without compromising on quality or safety. In production, PET2AIR stands out for its excellent filling performance and process reliability. The result is a modern, high-performance packaging solution that is as economical as it is future-oriented. From classic lipsticks and blush to sunscreen, more and more cosmetic brands are embracing this practical and hygienic format. The HK JUMBO STICK unites ergonomic design, lightweight construction, and a smooth twist mechanism for effortless use. The protective cap blends seamlessly with the casing, adding a refined touch for a sleek, elegant look. Designed for a secure fit, the cap stays firmly in place – no matter where you carry it. Sustainability, innovation, and target-oriented product development form the heart of HK COSMETIC PACKAGING philosophy. With the JUMBO STICK, we are now presenting a cosmetic stick for the first time, which is made entirely from mono-material PP, making it 100% recyclable. The production process allows a glossy finish straight from the mould, eliminating one step in the finishing process whilst conserving valuable resources. We are able to use 30% less material by eliminating extra sealing elements and optimizing wall thickness, thus ensuring a reduced environmental footprint. Whether for foundation, highlighter, or jelly makeup – the JUMBO STICK is the perfect, individually dosable packaging solution for a wide range of colour cosmetic applications – 100% made in Germany.
BRIA LOW SHAPE - Follows modern packaging trends
Our new standard series BRIA is already delighting many of our customers. The outstanding shape with straight shoulders and round base follows the modern trend and is extremely pleasant to hold. You can choose between the BRIA LOW SHAPE series made of HDPE in many different volumes [50 ml, 75 ml, 100 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 300 ml or 1.000 ml ] or the stretched version in PET in 250 ml or in GLASS-LIKE in 30 ml. The variety knows no limits!

With BRIANA, we present an innovative packaging solution for modern cosmetics brands - stylish, functional and future-orientated. The new cream jar not only impresses with its high-quality look and pleasant feel, but also with its versatility. Whether as a material-reduced single-wall jar in 300 ml made of PET or PP or as a clever refill solution with a PP inner jar in 250 ml: BRIANA adapts flexibly to your sustainability strategy. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, BRIANA fits perfectly in the hand and is ideal e.g. for skin creams, body creams, hair gel or hair masks. BRIANA - the new cosmetics jar that can simply do more!
PET rCarbon
We'd like to introduce you to our exclusive partnership with Plastipak, a world leader in plastic recycling, for a revolutionary initiative in the cosmetics market: offering PET bottles part of which comes from the recycling of CO2 emissions! PET is made up of two monomers: ➡️ 70% PTA (terephthalic acid) ➡️ MEG (mono ethylene glycol): 30%. MEG is now produced from CO2 thanks to LanzaTech's CCT technology, which uses bacteria to capture and transform this gas into alcohol. A new virgin PET is born: rCarbon PET. A virgin solution that complements PCR, enabling us to limit the use of fossil resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions (-22% compared with fossil PET) without compromising aesthetics.
