About us
Corpack designs, develops and produces cosmetic packaging for skincare, color cosmetics and fragrance. Founded in Munich in 1995, we are an independent, owner-managed company with in-house design capabilities.
Our standard packaging gives brands a cost-efficient and fast route to market. Custom design takes a project from first concept to final mold.
Sustainability is built into the work rather than added on top. We offer monomaterial constructions, refillable systems and post-consumer recycled packaging, alongside alternative materials: Sughera, a cork-based compound with a soft-touch, anti-slip surface, and BioD, a paper-based, biodegradable material with properties close to PP.
We also develop our own concepts, including the Twin Pack dual-chamber bottle and the MODULO modular refillable system.

Cosmetic Jar Series „Made in Europe“
The new “Made in Europe” jar series is an ideal packaging for skin care products with a prestige look. The double walls, transparency and attractive finishes give the jar a luxurious touch and an individual look. The jar and lid are each 2-piece, the material used for the outer walls is SAN, and the inner jar is made of PP. The outer lid and outer jar could also be produced in biodegradable material. The high-quality standard jar is available in sizes 15, 30, 50, 100, 200 and 250 ml and is also suitable, for example, for eye creams or anti-aging products. Beautiful effects can be achieved by metallizing the lids or lacquering the jars. Our team will be happy to advise you on the wide range of decoration and finishing options.
Caps and Closures made of Sughera
Components made of Mixcycling® Sughera add a touch of nature to every package and help to reduce the plastic content in the packaging. Sughera® is an innovative material consisting of recycled natural cork and a synthetic rubber blend. The cork material is conform with Ecocert / Cosmos standards. Sughera® components look and feel pleasant to the touch: the surface is soft and velvety, they do not slip from the hands or surface they are lying on. This new material can be precision molded in countless shapes and in selected natural or pastel shades. Last but not least, every component made of Sughera® is unique!
Wood Lipstick, Compact and more
Wood is a warm, natural material, whose impact cannot be imitated or duplicated: every texture is unique! The most biological of all materials, it clearly conveys the ultimate message of nature! The wood used to manufacture these components comes from ecologically sustainable European forests certified by the PEFC organization. SLipstick, the new mono-material lipstick
A mono-material, light-weight lipstick that can be made from either biodegradable or recycled material. These characteristics are ideal for a more economic sorting and recycling process, further enhancing the sustainability of this concept. Biodegradable or recycled material For consumers, biodegradability and material origin are increasingly important. This mono-material lipstick can be produced in either our “BioD”, a cellulose-based bio plastic, or PCR PET. Patented sliding mechanism The name “SLipstick” is a reference to the patented sliding mechanism of this stick, with the claim to create a lighter pack with fewer parts, using mono-material. Our „Slipstick“, with its push-up shell, is a new simplified way to apply a lipstick, lip balm or concealer stick.
Refillable Avalon Compacts with Wood
To reduce the use of petroleum-based plastic, Corpack offers AVALON compacts made of sustainable material wood. The Avalon compact line is available with a magnetic refill system, which is an environmentally friendly solution, extending the life of the packaging by reusing the primary package and reducing waste.
Dropper Bottles with Sughera®
Components made of Sughera® add a touch of nature to every package and help to reduce the plastic content in the packaging. Sughera® is an eco-friendly material consisting of recycled natural cork and a synthetic rubber blend. The cork material is conform with Ecocert / Cosmos standards.
Wooden Lipstick Collection
The lipstick’s outer base and cap are made of ash wood from certified, European sustainable forestry.
Sughera® Over Cap for Jar
Sughera®, is a blend composed of different organic by-products consisting of 70% recycled cork bits and a 30% synthetic rubber mixture, representing a 70% reduction in plastic.
Sughera® Fragrance Caps
Corpack's mono-material cap for fragrance bottles is made of Sughera® cork blend with 70% cork content, sourced from leftover cork production and given a second life in packaging.
Biodegradable Monomaterial Palette
BIO D eyeshadow palette is made of 100% cellulose-based material, 100% biodegradable and suitable for industrial composting. Corpack designed the palette using only one material, without metal, magnets or adhesive. The advantage of packaging made of mono-material is that it is easier to recycle, or in this case, biodegrade.

ALLEGRA Bottles, 100% PCR
Standard packaging line designed by Corpack. The bottles in the Allegra line are available in 100% recycled PET, so-called PCR. This requires little energy, which reduces CO₂ emissions. The reference shows matte finished 250ml, 200ml and 125ml bottles with white or silver metallized screw cap, spray and lotion pump have a very puristic and noble look. All components are manufactured in Europe, the bottles along with closures can be separately recycled. Also available: Allegra glass bottle 30ml, 50ml, 75 ml Allegra SAN jars 50ml, 15ml
AVALON compact, 100% recycled material, refillable
The new refillable Avalon compact made of 100% recycled ABS (PCR) is a contribution to responsible packaging solutions. By using PCR materials for your packaging, you improve the life cycle assessment of your products, reduce the amount of waste, and foster the circular economy. MATERIAL REVOLUTION - CORK-BLEND SUGHERA
Natural Look and Feel – Material Innovation SUGHERA. SUGHERA, a revolutionary material consisting of a synthetic rubber-blend mixed with ground pieces of natural cork. For the first time a micro-agglomerated natural cork is injection molded and formed without using glue. Besides its special composition, connecting nature with technology, the distinctive features of SUGHERA are a good resistance to various elements and versatility in application. This new material (70% cork, 30% rubber-blend) uses less petroleum-based materials, while giving the component a natural look and feel. SUGHERA components can be made in a variety of colors. The natural look, the soft-touch surface, and the general cork characteristic, enhance the user experience. The new cooperation with the manufacturer Livingcap enables Corpack to be the first company to introduce SUGHERA in a wide range of cosmetic packaging.

CUSTOM DESIGN
Corpack is specialized in the design and development of cosmetic packaging. Our capabilities include taking an idea or concept and visually creating a saleable item or brand and producing the final product. During this process we take into consideration all the individual needs of our customer’s vision. We can take components from our Standard range and customize certain elements to create Customized Standards, which minimizes the tooling investment versus a Custom Design, which is a uniquely designed and developed package entirely for the customer or brand.
STANDARD PACKAGING
Aside from the standard range of components that Corpack has developed and tooled, we have access to a large variety of standard cosmetic containers and promotional items that our suppliers offer. Standard packaging can be altered, modified or enhanced, to create one’s very own visual effect. This can be achieved with various decoration-, lacquering- or metalizing-techniques. The standard components can also be enhanced with materials like metal or wood, to obtain a more up-scale image. Standard components are the most cost effective solution for creating a new cosmetic range, whether it be for a skin care, fragrance or color cosmetic line.

The makeup artist Kim Baker has chosen to relaunch her Glamazon Beauty line with components supplied by Corpack. The brand was designed for women of all skin tones.
