For more than 15 years, we have been working on weight reduction, the use of recycled materials and the recyclability of our tubes. In 2022, we were awarded the Ecovadis Platinum medal.

Easy Supply Tube - Make Up
Thanks to the transparent window, the ESTube Make-up is the perfect tube for makeup products. It allows the color of the product to be shown, giving the customer a real peek at the formula. ESTube Make-up combines the elegance of Cold Stamping with special decoration effects, such as a gradient, adding an additional element of sophistication.
ESTube Green Solution
The ESTube is a 100% PP monomaterial tube. All its components (body + head + cap) are 100% recyclable. ESTube technology is carried out with digital offset printing, which reduces the use of tools and polluting products and decrease manufacturing losses by improving the carbon footprint. The ESTube Green Solution also includes an Eco Low Profile cap, which means a reduction of 20% less material. By having a smaller amount of material, the impact on transport is also lower, achieving, again, a lower carbon footprint.
Kit Sustainable Solutions
The CTL-TH Packaging Group believes in taking care of nature and its resources. Therefore, we strive to finance and research new sustainable projects and minimize the impact of our production processes as much as possible. We have developed a kit with our sustainable solutions: -Green tube (100% Sugar cane). Extruded tube created from sugar cane grown in Brazil, in controlled areas and far from the Amazon rainforest. Available from Ø30 to Ø56 in Positop Lower environmental impact: reduction of CO2 gas emissions. -Post Consumer Recycled (up to 50% of the skirt made with virgin material). The origin of PCR is in the recycling of packaging. It promotes the Circular Economy by reintroducing waste in the production chain. It is enabled for the contact with food. Avalaible in all diameters. -ESTube (100% PP). Mono-material tube (body+head+cap). 100% recyclable. Ecofriendly digital offset printing: reduces the use of tools and polluting products. Decrease in manufacturing losses.

Dositube Soap & Glory
Winner of IPA Selection (Inspirational Packaging Awards) in Innovation for Cosmetic Packaging CTL Packaging has developed a new Airless Dositube with a full metallization process on thetube anda combination of varnishes to bring out the iconic pin-up used by the brand.We could achieve this decoration thanks to our new range named ESTube (IML innovative technology) which use flat printing. The airless spray pump (AptarPZ) allows a precise dosage and a real 360º multipositions. Delivered as a single component (all assembled and ready to fill), it's a clever solution to compete versus standard bottle.
ESTube Multi-Gradiant
With its new patented technology named ESTube, CTL Packaging provide a huge change regarding decoration on plastic tube through flat printing! With flexography or Digital Offset, we can reach new effects like a high quality multi-gradients for example.
EXTRUDED TUBE
Extrusion is one of the most popular technologies for manufacturing flexible plastic tubing. At CTLpack, we specialize in extruded and co-extruded tubes.
MONOMATERIAL
Injected tube with 100% PP material in sleeve, label, head and cap. It has 99% recyclability rate according to the German Institute Cyclos.
ECO-f
Eco-friendly extruded PE tube solution combining 3-in-1 plastic weight reduction: in sleeve, head and cap. Thinner sleeve: 0,4 mm Reduced cap: Minitop Diameter: 35-40-50 mm Increased sustainability with possibility of biobased and/or PCR materials on the sleeve and head.
PE-GREEN
PE-GREEN Bio-Based Polyethylene material from sugar cane with Food Contact 100% recyclable components (sleeve and head) Sugar cane is a renewable source. The plantations capture CO2 which reduces greenhouse gas emissions This tube has been created from an innovative material that does not proceed from fossil petroleum, but from sugar cane grown in Brazil, in controlled areas and far from the Amazon rainforest

PP-PCR
Post Consumer Recycled Polypropylene material from plastic packaging with FDA NOL. Sleeve up to 15% PP-PCR. Head up to 50% PP-PCR. Cap up to 100% PP-PCR.
NIR DETECTABLE
With the new black dye without carbon black, the component plastic material can be identified and sorted in the waste separation and sorting lines for proper recyclability. These dyes have good opacity and retain the same printing characteristics as black with NC. Available for PE and PP tubes. Also available for caps.
