Ets Bugnon is a french company specialized in plastic packaging for cosmetic, parapharmaceutical, DIY industries, cleaning and hygiene products.
We offer a wide range of flexible plastic tubes, in conventional and sustainable solutions :
Extruded tubes in HDPE / LDPE / MixPE, Green/biobased PE, PE-PCR, from 10ml to 300ml decorated in offset - silk screen - hot stamping.
Multilayer plastic PBL tubes PE-EVOH-PE, bio-based PE tubes, paperboard tubes, from 40ml to 300ml, decorated in CMYK ink-jet high resolution, hot-stamping , without printing plates.
Sustainable caps : slim et light weight flip top caps.
We are also innovating with our ECO-RECHARGE to refill bottles! Available from 100ml to 300ml, with 100% plastic material or with laminated paper or cardboard materials.

Eco-Recharge EtsBugnon
Inspired by our laminated tubes, the Eco-Recharge EtsBugnon is an original single-dose product with a flat PE base for stand-up presentation on point-of-sale shelves. This packaging is used to fill a multi-purpose bottle, as an alternative to a berlingot or Doypack. Packaging is carried out on a conventional filling machine. The EtsBugnon Eco-Recharge is available in different materials: – Innovating PAPER version: composed of Paper/PE-Evoh-PE, inner plastic layer only – PLASTIC version: composed of PE-Evoh-PE For both versions: Digital printing, Hot stamping.
