Couvercle Adam
ADAM is a wooden lid with a cork insert, designed as a sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and high-performance alternative to traditional plastic closures.
The innovation lies in its 100% plastic-free design, combining aesthetics, precision, and environmental responsibility:
- The threads are directly cut into the wood, ensuring a functional and precise closure. They can be adapted to any type of container to perfectly fit your product (jar, serum, dropper, etc.).
- The wood, sourced from FSC-certified forests, guarantees responsible management and complete traceability. We offer a wide range of wood species to match the artistic direction and visual identity of your product line.
- The wood and cork are bonded using a specific water-based adhesive, safe for cosmetic and food applications, and environmentally friendly.
- The cork insert, a natural, renewable material specially treated for cosmetic and food applications, ensures excellent sealing and a pleasant feel.
- Its surface is protected by a cosmetic and food-grade varnish, preventing bacterial growth and guaranteeing compatibility with sensitive formulas.
- Various finishes and customizations are available to create a unique look that aligns with your brand identity.
This approach combines eco-design, artisanal expertise, and technical innovation to offer high-end, aesthetically pleasing, and sensory packaging that meets the expectations of brands seeking to reduce their environmental impact without compromising on quality or user experience.
With this lid, we demonstrate that it is possible to reconcile design, functionality, and sustainability, and to envision a new generation of truly eco-responsible cosmetic packaging.
