FLOSTY is a creator of aluminium & plastic high-quality packaging solutions for the fragrance and cosmetic industry.
Founded in 2010 as the standard-items commercialisation unit of the group, we re-organised as a strategic development unit to promote the creation of new customary products and techniques available to all brands and clients.
We help empower brands by fashioning their unique product, thanks to a wide array of models & customisation options
Our offices are located in Barcelona region, and the logistics headquarters are next to the manufacturing sites. This guarantees he constant monitoring of the production process. We produce in Europe, in Spain in the area of Torello and in France in Molinges.

! 100% Alu ! TWIN STAR Cap
Sustainable development is the major collective challenge on the agenda of the planet. For high-end brands in our sector, it is not an altruistic opportunity anymore, but a real business imperative. More and more, there is a clear desire to go further in the development of products incorporating more sustainable materials and properties. Aluminium is not only lightweight, strong and beautiful, it’s also highly recyclable. The life cycle of an aluminium product is not the usual “cradle-to-grave” chain, but rather a renewable “cradle-to-cradle” sequence. This quality of infinite recyclability has led to a situation where today almost 3 quarters of the aluminium ever produced is still in productive use, some of it having been through countless loops of product lifecycle! With this in mind and with aluminium as our core-trade, FLOSTY, always looking for innovative and efficient answers, presents the first full-aluminium cap, where both external and internal pieces are made of this metal: the TWIN STAR. It is a full metal copy of our existing best seller, the STAR cap. In this new version, no plastic insert and no glue, both components are fitted together by friction, creating a 100% aluminium cap which has the advantage of a triangulated one (fully recyclable with a low carbon footprint) but also the edge of a cap with insert: quality, finish, sensation and touch. No need to disassemble the cap in the moment of recycling it to reinject the aluminium into a full lifecycle span. Real luxury is by definition durable.
! 100% Alu ! TWIN GLAM Cap
Brands, suppliers and the industry as a whole are looking for solutions to achieve their sustainability and circular economy goals. At FLOSTY we are determined to be part of the change and with our latest cap, the TWIN GLAM, we present an option that relies on 2 at least of the famous 3R: reducing/reusing/recycling. Following in the steps of our TWIN STAR cap , put on the market in 2022, FLOSTY presents its second 100% aluminium cap with insert . There’s an important added value for this model: the external diameter is far superior to the inside one – it’s thick. Usually this is only achieved thanks to a plastic insert – for our new TWIN GLAM model, we worked on cloning one of our existing and popular models, with the mono material challenge to restore the same volume, without using any added component. There’s a drop of glue inside, yet its low percentage negligible making it fully recyclable. Our TWING GLAM, available in any chosen colour (excluding the insert, which is silver), with a myriad of customisation options, will help brands lighten their packs without losing their desirability. The notion of weight as a marker of luxury is hence nuanced in favour of more refined and minimalist versions.
Standard MAGNET Cap
The MAGNET cap consists of two pieces: a cap and an aluminium ring coupled with magnets. The cap, adaptable to all FEA 15 and neck heights, is delivered assembled with its ring. The mechanism has been developed in such a way that the ring is locked to the neck of the bottle by friction and the cap is removed and fitted simply by the strength of the magnets: play the animation illustrating it!
Reduce, Reuse, Refill - Our Funnels
Customers’ growing interest in sustainable development and eco-design encourages the development of reusable bottles as well as complementary accessories to help reduce, reuse and recycle. FLOSTY has created 2 models of funnels as refilling solutions for perfumes and travel sprays: The Funnel A is full aluminium, 100% recyclable too. The Funnel B is bi-material plastic PP and aluminium. Both are entirely customizable, as our complete catalogue of standard products is. These standard funnels encourage refilling and reusing, and goes beyond nuturing the attachment to a beautiful object (perfume bottle, travel spray) or allowing to save money by refilling, by contributing to real ecological promises, helping reducing the carbon footprint.
! 100% Alu ! Our Wide Range of Mono-Material Caps
Sustainability being the biggest collective challenge on the agenda of the planet, it is now a business imperative for all our collaborators as well as for ourselves. After putting on the market in 2021 our two TWIN’s caps, high-end full aluminium caps with insert, we created a full range of all-aluminium caps comprising more than 20 models. The starting idea was to design a simple item, thus guaranteeing its competitive price, with added value from its shape, its style or by combining it with extra elements. The FULL ALU collection, 100% recyclable and recyclable forever, today compiles 33 models of caps and offer the same customisation options as our existing products: colour, laser engraving, mechanical engraving, etc.
Standard MAKE UP Line
After 2 years of industrial and product development, FLOSTY’s journey towards glamourous standard products is reaching a milestone: we launch our very own MAKE UP packaging line, for lipsticks (18 models, all rechargeable & customisable, 5 heights) brushes (5 different models), compact powder cases (2 design, 10 models, all rechargeable & customisable…). This diversification is based on the group’s deep know how in developing make up packaging for big brands of the luxury cosmetic field, which inspired us to design our own standard OPEX sustainable collections. Thanks to this new segment of packahing we aim at giving our clients & collaborators more choices with purpose so that we can all be part of the porcess of making the future more sustainable.
Standard TRAVEL SPRAY Line
In October 2022, FLOSTY unveiled its new range of standard products: the VOYAGE Collection, composed of 19 Travel Sprays: > Eleven 7 ml models > Seven 10 ml models > One 15 ml model A nomadic object that has now become essential for perfume brands, a TRAVEL SPRAYS is a personal, sophisticated object that constitutes an elegant communication object for any brand and a product that easily finds its place in the handbag. Inspired by our lipsticks models, all of them are designed and produced in Spain. Either cylindrical or square, full aluminium or bi-material, you can discover numerous options, all rechargeable and/or refillable. How does it work? For the refillable one, expose the sprayer, unscrew the pump and thanks to our mini funnel, REFILL the vial with perfume. For the rechargeable one, expose the sprayer, then pull up on it (in this case it is crimped) to slide the glass vial out, and replace it with the identical recharge. FLOSTY has imagined and developed these 19 perfume vaporizers with clean lines, of a standard design and conception, to be personalized, allowing perfume houses & brands to customise and assimilate them without having to go through specific development and the financing of a tooling, both being long and costly.
