Established in 1987, GLASPRAY is a designer and manufacturer of dispensing packages for fragrance, skincare and cosmetic industries. Glaspray's product R&D strictly follows core values of the “R” guideline of Rethink, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We strive to innovate solutions that fulfill customer’s requirements on sustainability. Today, our product line of dispensing packages is 100% refillable and/or reusable and this is to express our care and concern for the work we live in.

Twist-Up Dispenser (TUD) Skincare and Cosmetic Package

TUD (Twist-Up Dispenser) is Glaspray's line of dispensing packages for the skin care market. The upscale design and finish offers one of a kind package. TUDs are paired with Silgan's Sinfonia cream pump to ensure precise delivery of products. They are supplied with glass vial to offer non-reactive environment for any active ingredients to ensure the longevity and functions of the contents. TUD is available in two actuator styles Elica & Flavia in 15 and 20ml.

Sustainable Package : Twist-Up Airless (Skincare and Cosmetics)

Glaspray’s Twist-Up Airless (TUA) for skincare and cosmetic products is adding a new dimension, an AIRLESS cartridge refill system, a patented system that carries balance between glamour and sustainability. The airless cartridge replacement system means less impact on the environment, reducing and reusing. In addition, Plastic components can be replaced with PCR to reduce virgin material by more than 40% In addition to the advantages of an airless bottle, TUA airless pump cartridge utilizes Silgan's pure path dispensing technology to achieve a metal-free path for all formulas. Utilization of different material including PCR increases your packages luxurious feel and sustainability. Twist-Up Airless and cartridge refill system offers a luxurious packaging with flexibility and mobility, available in 15, 20 and 30ml.

Each outer case design has been specially made to stimulate the senses and create motion, engaging consumers to interact with the product and relate it to a tactile sensation. You can also select from materials PP, Aluminum, and CNC Alloy depending on individual preferences. The inner removable and refillable 15ml bottle is completed using glass, making it the ideal sustainable choice working towards Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle initiatives.
