Transport testing
Our testing laboratory performs transport simulations to validate the shipping procedure for cartons or pallets of product. Several tests are required to validate the packaged product before transport: climatic preconditioning, compression, fixed-displacement or random-vibration vibration, and drop/shock testing. The 6NAPSE Group offers ASTM or ISTA testing protocols and numerous customized tests.
Leak detection
At altitude, the atmospheric pressure inside the aircraft cabin is significantly lower than at ground level. This pressure difference exerts considerable force on containers. If a bottle is not perfectly sealed, the higher internal pressure will force the liquid or gas inside out, causing leaks. Our testing laboratory carries out pressure decay sealing tests and leak detection on products/packaging.
Container-content interaction
The durability of the designs refers to the resistance and longevity of the markings on cosmetic packaging. It encompasses all visual elements (logos, graphics) and informational data (text, barcodes) printed on the packaging. Bulk test, water test, perspiration test, abrasion resistance test, sun test, tear test
