BRAIDED CORDS
The Fauchille Group, through its STN TRESSAGE entity, has the capacity to produce all types of rigid cords and braids. Whether in natural materials (cotton, linen, jute, etc.) or synthetic materials (polyester, polypro, polyamide, kevlar, dyneema, etc.), we offer solutions ranging from 1 to 40 mm in diameter. We're a French manufacturer! This means that we are extremely responsive and flexible in the manufacture of these items. BUNGEE CORDS
Are you looking for a specific bungee cord? Ask us for the impossible, we will weave it for you! Our R&D department designs elastic cables with extraordinary properties every day. Special forces, controlled elongation, increased resistance to breaking, climatic conditions, heat and/or abrasion, we stop at nothing. FLAT ELASTICS
Flat elastic braiding is one of our historical productions. For more than 60 years, we have been manufacturing elastics for packaging, binders, fashion, automobiles... This know-how accumulated over all these years allows us to offer our customers real technical expertise in the development of their new products. We love to put our skills to use and as a matter of principle, we are always ready to take up the new technical challenges that you formulate for us. In addition to braiding, we master the techniques of weaving and knitting to offer you the most suitable elastic for your your use: jacquard woven for underwear elastics, covered or latex woven for industrial applications, knitted for clothing and haberdashery.
