Enhanced barrier properties Polyfoil® Sensation combines superior barrier properties with recyclability, providing optimal product protection. Our laminated PP tube with metallized MDO and PP-EVOH barrier ensures exceptional product longevity and freshness, essential for maintaining the highest quality in cosmetics and beauty. High-definition decoration In addition to its outstanding barrier properties, also offers high-definition decoration. Visually appealing, with a unique, elegant metallic, 360° decoration. Recycled, recyclable and optimized CO2 footprint Polyfoil® Sensation has a CO2 footprint of 42% compared to standard coex tubes. Recyclability rating of "Grade C" from Recyclass. The tubes can be easily and efficiently recycled, further reducing its environmental impact and making it an ideal choice for companies wanting to reduce their carbon footprint and promote.
Polyfoil® Mono-Material Barrier tube: Fully recyclable mono material barrier tube
Neopac's Polyfoil® MMB mono-material barrier tube took top honors in the ETMA Awards Prototypes category. For the novel combination of product protection with miminum HDPE-foreign materials content, user friendliness and appealing aesthetics, the MMB represents a marked advancement in eco-conscious materials technology. The EVOH suits well for oxygen sensitive bulk high-performance laminate, made with a first-of-its-kind adhesive laminated process compared to the existing blown film and extruded film solutions on the market. Compared to our standard range, we use up to 35% less plastic in the sleeve which reduces the CO2 end of life by up to 47%.

The PaperX FiberTop is made from FSC-certified, food-grade materials and demonstrates that scalable full-fiber innovation is achievable. NeoDose™ Solo combines a monomaterial tube with a PE pump and is designed for easy recyclability. The design enables a sustainable packaging solution without compromising the usual ease of use. The integrated MDO-PE-EVOH barrier reliably protects sensitive formulations from oxygen and moisture. This keeps products stable, fresh and effective throughout their entire shelf life. Airless technology ensures precise and consistent dosing. Each press dispenses a controlled amount of product, supports hygienic removal and reduces product loss until the last pump.
