IGEPAK, founded in 1970 as aerosols contract filler, is specialized in the development and manufacturing of cosmetic products, as well as household, industrial and food products. It is now the market leader in Spain, and is a prominent benchmark in international markets as consequence of the continuous growth of the international sales.

IGEPAK, member of the INENVA Group, with a similar factory in Barcelona, is strategically located in order to provide a good and efficient service to European and North African customers, as it is located only 30 minutes from the French border. Its facilities with 14.500m2 and 7 fully automatic filling lines (3 of them prepared to fill with Bag On Valve system) allow Igepak reach the filling of more than 75 million units per year. With this capacity Igepak adapts to different products as well as different can formats and a wide range of propellant gases such as propane, butane, isobutane, DME, CO2, and many others. R&D and microbiological laboratories are equipped with all the necessary technology to constantly develop new products and solutions to respond to our customers’ requirements.
IGEPAK carries out the monitoring of standards as well as the physic-mechanical and bacteriological control of all products. Certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22716 Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

ROOT TOUCH-UP SPRAY
It blends instantly away the grey roots with a natural and imperceptible finish. Available in different shades to match all hair colours. This is a quick and affordable way to apply temporary colour to the grey hair, a perfect solution to extend the time between colourings. Contains selected pigments to blend with the different hair colours. Washes out in one shampoo. Available in different shades to match all hair colours. Enjoyed by both men and women. No wet effect. No colour transfer. The desired dose is easy to obtain and to apply.
ULTRA-STRONG HAIRSPRAY
It has been specially formulated for working, shaping and finishing hairstyles with a better long lasting hold and a natural result, even under conditions of high humidity. It contains a revolutionary new polymer that offers this extraordinary hold of the hairstyle in addition to provide thermal protection. It leaves hair smooth and silky thanks to its ultra-fine and regular diffusion. Fast drying and perfect finish. Disappears from the first brushing. It contains B5 Pro-vitamin that brings shine to dull hair and strengthens the hair fiber.
NON-PERMANENT COLOR SPRAY
It allows to personalize the hairstyle with trendy colors and to change the look in an instant. It is available in different shades, all very colorful, from turquoise blue to pink fucsia, and highlighted with shiny sequins for a glitter effect. This is a fast and affordable way to apply temporarily color to the hair without damaging it, for a total makeover with a glitter and colorful party look for one day. The non-permanent color spray contains selected pigments and cosmetic agents that color every hair shade, even the darkest, with a soft, satin and glitter finish. Color is easily eliminated with a shampoo. Enjoyed by both men and women. No wet effect. Almost no color transfer once dry. The desired dose is easy to obtain and to apply.
SPRAY SHOWER FOAM WITH CONDITIONER – HAIR & BODY
This rich and creamy foam gently cleanses the hair and the skin. They become protected, soft and silky. Different perfumes and active ingredients can be added. It contains avocado oil that naturally regenerates, protects and moisturizes the hair and the skin without leaving them greasy, and a natural humectant that leaves the hair easy to detangle, silky soft and free-flowing. Color Care. Both hair and skin become soft, bright and full of vitality with no residues. The desired dose is easy to obtain and to apply.

We offer turnkey tailor-made solutions in developing, producing and filling aerosols that meet customer needs. Our R+D+I laboratory, with a wide experience, is equipped with all the necessary technology. We are constantly developing innovative formulas that respond to market demand and we have an extensive catalog of standard formulas that can be customized by including different fragrances, active ingredients, etc.. We are equipped with two production rooms and seven fully automatic filling lines with a capacity for over 75 million aérosols per year. We carry out the monitoring of standards and the physico-chemical and bacteriological controls of all products.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY
This innovative 100% extra virgin olive oil in a convenient spray can is filled with the "BOV" system that allows oil to be sprayed out perfectly without additives. Possibility of adding different flavors to give a special touch to the dishes. This olive oil is of vegetable origin, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. It is a staple in the Mediterranean diet. It gives taste, texture and aroma to dishes, and a moderate consumption has enormous health benefits, because it is an extraordinary source of antioxidants. Suitable for spraying directly on food or as non-stick coating on pans, grills, pots and molds leaving a thin layer that provides a minimum of calories. There are 3 diffusion ways depending on the pressure applied: a drip, a jet or a haze. Economical to use, you can accurately control the amount of oil applied. It allows an even distribution.
