Applicator AP15 + cap
Let´s meet new member of our product portfolio. Applicator AP 15 with diameter 45 can be used mainly for cosmetics and personal care. Cap is available in glossy option and it is supplied with assambled overcap. It is suitable for valve with stem Ø4mm and for bag-on-valve system as well.
Spray Actuator AOL1
Oil Spray Actuator AOL1 is suitable for use with BOV valve with the stem diameter of 4 mm. Actuator covers the valve. Suitable with caps: cap 35.1.13 cap 35.1.10
Ball Valve - AV08
Male Aerosol Special Valve – AV08, with second name Ball Valve, has mounting cup from Al, Fe. Dispensing in all position.
BOV AV07
Male Aerosol Valve ‘Bag-On-Valve’ – AV07 has mounting cup with diameter of 25.4 mm – AL, Fe. Suitable for dispensing in any position. With BOV, the propellant is separated from the active ingredient in the aerosol package. A unique bag is used to isolate the product in the aerosol can. As a result, there is no direct touch, which has no impact on the active liquid’s quality. The amount of propellant gas in the final package for consumers has decreased as a result of this valve. This solution guarantees almost 100% application of the product. Additionally, it decreases the need for preservatives.
AV04
Male Aerosol Special Valve – AV04 has mounting cup with diameter of 20 mm – Al. Continuous dispensing.
AV10
Male Aerosol Metering Valve – AV10 has mounting cup Bombe with diameter of 25,4 mm – Fe tin plated 5.0/m2, both sides colorless varnished. Metering dispensing. One dose of dispensing is 0.08 ml.
AV06
Male Aerosol Powder Valve – AV06 has mounting cup Bombe with diameter of 25.4 mm – AL. For powder filling.
VV3 - Spray Actuator
Spray Actuator VV3 is suitible for male aerosol valves with stem diameter of 4 mm. When used for the first time, a plastic safety piece has to be overcome. Actuator and cap can be supplied separately. For VV3 are suitable these nozzles: V1-35 V1-50 V1-30 V2-30 VV3 is suitable with caps: cap 35.1.10 cap 35.1.13
AP3 - Hair Foam Actuator
Foam Actuator AP3 s suitable for male aerosol valves. This actuator is intended for products forming foam during application. The system dispenses a product in the upside down position. It is made of polypropylene. AP3 is suitable with caps: cap 35.1.7 cap 35.1.9
CAR 10 - Non-Swirling Aerosol Button
Non-Swirling Aerosol Button CAR 10 is suitable for male aerosol valves with stem diameter of 4 mm. This button is suitable for dispensing filling into specific and hard to accessible places. Example of application: for defrosters, brake system cleaners, lubricants and other technical preparations.
VN3 - Non-Swirling Spray Actuator

AP15 - Gel & Foam Actuator
Gel & Foam Actuator AP15 is suitable for male aerosol valves with stem diameter of 4.00 mm. This actuator is suitable for 3 pieces steel can with diameter of 45.00 mm and aluminium transfer can with diameter of 45.00 mm. Supplied with assembled cap. It is made of polypropylene.
AU1 - Spray Actuator
Spray Actuator AU1 is used with the male aerosol valves having a stem with diameter of 3.40 / 4.00 mm.
Spraycap 52.3
Spray Actuator Spraycap 52.3 is a one-part actuator used with a three-part aerosol container having a 52 mm outer diameter, necked in, fitted with a diameter 25.4 mm aerosol male valve having a stem with diameter of 4.0 mm. The spraycap facilitates vertical product dispensing of the non-swirling spray. It is suitable for air fresheners etc.
VP4.1 - Semi-Swirling Aerosol Button
Semi-Swirling Aerosol Button VP4.1 is suitable for female aerosol valves. This body of the aerosol button is a part of the large sprayer having a low, medium or high dispensing volume. It is made of polypropylene. Width of the groove: 0.50 / 1.00 mm For VP4.1 is suitable this nozzle: red nozzle P2-50 (semi-swirling, insert 0,50mm, oval spray characteristic with dimensions of 100×30 ± 15%mm, applied from the distance of 250mm)
VS1 - Special Non-Swirling Aerosol Button
Special Non-Swirling Aerosol Button VS1 is suitable for female aerosol valves. This body of the aerosol button is a part of the large special sprayer having a medium or high dispensing volume. The button facilitates rough spray characteristics or an application tube with the outer diameter of 2 mm can be inserted into the outlet opening. It is made of polypropylene. Width of the groove: 0.50 mm , 1.00 mm.
AP4 - Foam Actuator
Foam Actuator AP4 is suitable for female aerosol valves. This actuator is intended for products forming foam during application. It is made of polypropylene. Width of the groove: 0.70 mm
VS2 - Non-Swirling Aerosol Button
Non-Swirling Aerosol Button VS2 is suitable for female aerosol valves. This body of the aerosol button is a part of the large special sprayer with a high dispensing volume. Combined with a suitable nozzle, it facilitates narrow non-swirling spray characteristics of a thin or rather thick active substance or it can be fitted with a nozzle intended for the application tube having the outer diameter of 3 mm. The button is made of polypropylene. It forms a component part of “Chamber Applicator”. Width of the groove: 1.00 mm
VP6 - Aerosol Button
This is Aerosol Button VP6 for female valve with the special blind mark on top. This body of the aerosol button is a part of the large two-part semi-swirling sprayer having a high dispensing volume. Combined with a suitable nozzle facilitates semi-swirling characteristics. It is made of polypropylene.
