Holographic, Special Effect, and Security Films for the Graphic Industry
The holographic effect creates an endless diffractive structure, delivering a brilliant design without limitations. With Univacco's holographic film, the shimline-free version ensures an exceptional visual impact. This holographic hot stamping film is compatible with a wide range of substrates, including coated paper, UV-coated paper, water-based varnished paper, uncoated paper, cartons, PP/PE self-adhesive labels, OPP/PET laminates, and other synthetic leathers, offering fine to medium definition. Additionally, the holographic cold transfer film provides excellent overprinting for both flexographic and sheet-fed offset printing, supporting fine lines and broad area transfers. It offers strong adhesion to both recommended UV adhesives and conventional adhesives, making it a versatile and high-quality solution for a wide range of applications.
Hot stamping
Univacco offers a comprehensive range of hot stamping films suitable for various substrates and materials, including coated paper, UV-coated paper, water-based varnished paper, uncoated paper, cartons, PP/PE self-adhesive labels, OPP/PET laminates, PVC-based book covers, PU leather, and other synthetic leathers. Our hot stamping films deliver excellent release and consistent performance, making them ideal for both fine details and large area coverage. Univacco's hot stamping films are compatible with all major stamping machines, including up-and-down, platen, clamshell, letterpress, cylinder presses, and rotary stamping systems, ensuring seamless integration with graphic industry machinery.
Cold transfer for web-fed
Univacco's web-fed cold transfer is specially designed for labels and delivers exceptional results on packaging when paired with wider web-fed cold transfer press models, including UV flexographic printing, UV web-fed offset printing, and UV web-fed letterpress printing. The over-printable Univacco CF4.6 Series offers a high-gloss finish, striking metallic effects, and mesmerizing diffractive effects, making it perfect for both fine details and large area coverage. The CF4.6 Series is ideal for a wide range of label applications, including personal healthcare, wine and spirits, cosmetics, shrink sleeves, and in-mold labels (IML).
Cold transfer for sheet-fed offset
Univacco's CF6 Series cold transfer offers limitless creative possibilities for sheet-fed offset printing. With versatile design features, it enables the creation of stunning metallic-gloss colors through overprinting. Achieve intricate details such as fine lines, filigree, and negative impressions, along with halftone printing and large, full-surface decorations. The CF6 Series is not only versatile but also cost-effective. The in-line overprinting process ensures high register accuracy, fast production speeds, and minimal make-ready time. Additionally, it eliminates the need for hot stamping dies and opaque white printing, further reducing production costs and time. True to Univacco's sustainability commitment, the CF6 Series features a reduced transfer carrier, which helps lower carbon emissions, leaving behind an ultra-thin metallic finish once the transfer carrier is peeled off. The packaging is fully recyclable, deinkable, and compostable, with no plastic residue or hazardous ingredients. This makes the CF6 Series the ideal choice for eco-conscious designs.
r-Lite Series Films: Leading the Way with Zero Virgin Plastic
Built upon the 3R principle: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, UNIVACCO is committed to a consistent reduction in virgin plastic consumption. With r-Lite series films, the use of virgin plastics as carrier is completely eliminated. ★Zero Virgin Plastic 100% recycled PET film made from post-consumer PET bottles. ★Significant Carbon Footprint Reduction Achieves over 30% reduction in carbon footprint. ★Make Closed-Loop Recycling a Reality Used films are chemically recycled into resin and integrated into the r-Lite Series coating layer.
