About us
Founded in 1991, Livcer is the European market leader in thermoformed unit doses for several years.
We work with most French and European prestige and mass-market brands.
Thermoforming technology is very flexible and can be used with a wide variety of shapes and forms. It is also very affordable, which means that the money you save can be used to upgrade the product, adding for example a brush, sponge or mirror.
Our packaging expertise includes creams, loose powders, gels and liquids. We are renowned for our hot pour packaging know-how for products such as lipsticks, compact foundations, balms, etc.
With over 150 standard skin care and make-up forms to choose from, Livcer is constantly diversifying its palette of forms and designs for unit doses.
In order to anticipate market needs as much as possible, the company has decided to focus on developing its range of standard unit doses. Brands can therefore use the form that is most suited to their needs.
The thermoformed unit doses also present several advantages:

Products & services
CUSHION SAMPLE
Let your consumers try your cushion by allowing them to reproduce the application gestures. Sample your cushion with our standard adapted mould. As with the product for sale, the foundation is poured on a cushion to be used for one or two applications. The support of the puff pastry is also encouraged for the optimal promotion of this product. Use yours, or trust us to provide you with them. This process can be extended to cushion care but also to lips or liners.
COSMETIC PRESS
This extra-flat single-dose packaging can contain your foundation as well as skin care samples. This innovation has been submitted for Pyratest approval for insertion into Elle magazine.
LOOSE POWDER
The powder is packaged in standard cups. Once pierced, the seal serves as a sifter. The brand can promote its product by allowing the consumer to preserve the movement of applying a powder. She can also accompany your sample with a powder puff or a spatula. Via our network of specialists in accessories, we also offer brands that don't have an applicator, to supply them.
