About us
Loire Plastic Industrie and its subsidiary Lapac have been specialized for more than 50 years in the design and the production of injected plastic packaging.
Active in several sectors: personal care/perfumes, food, leisure/miscellaneous and parapharmacy, we are proposing standard or customized packaging solutions.
Our standard ranges are including caps, lids, boxes, sticks, ... which can be customised on demand.
We are also developing specific products according the customer’s specifications and design.
Committed for many years to respecting and protecting the environment and adopting an eco-design approach for our packaging, our R&D department provides our customers with eco-designed products by reducing packaging weight and/or offering the use of recycled or bio-based materials.
Loire Plastic Industrie is certified ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.

Standard closures
Loire Plastic Industrie and Lapac, specializing in injection, are proposing a wide range of closures, screw and flip top caps and lids, for the health and personal care markets with various diameter from 20 mm to 110 mm. In addition to our standard ranges we are also offering customized developments according to specifications. Thanks to the synergy with our subsidiary Acti Pack, specializing in PET and RPET bottles and jars, we have the possibility to offer a global packaging solution including a bottle with corresponding closure to meet our customers' expectations.
Standard closures

Green Concept
Loire Plastic Industrie and Lapac are accompanying our customers towards alternative solutions in the use of eco-responsible materials such as recycled or bio sourced ones on all our standard ranges and on our specific products according to customers' requirements. We are making PCR PP, PIR PP or bio sourced PP raw materials available on all our productions.
LYS lid in PET
To meet increasing requirements for eco-design and recyclability of our packaging, we have just launched a brand-new lid, neck Twist off 82 mm: LYS lid in PET! Developed for PET jars from our sister company Acti Pack, the LYS lid in PET guarantees a mono material and 100% recyclable set of jar & lid. Available in virgin PET raw material, LYS lid is also available in integrating 50% and 100% of recycled PET, in clear or coloured. The advantage of PET lid: transparency and brilliance to present the same aesthetic finish as the associated PET jar.
Ecodesigned ISIL range
For health and personal care market, we are proposing a new range “Isil”, meaning discrete in Basque. This new development of cap is also proposed in collaboration with our sister company Acti Pack, specialising in PET and RPET bottles, in order to offer a complete packaging of botte + cap. The design of new « Isil » range is meant to be discrete, with straight shoulders and cylindrical shape. The discretion of “Isil” range is located in its neck and cap, which are flat and thin. The range is eco-designed in order to have a couple “Bottle/cap” with reduced weight of more than 15% compared to our current similar models. Firstly, available in 200 ml and 250 ml, additional capacities from 150 ml to 400 ml are planed very soon.
Sticks
Specialising in plastic injection, we are offering a standard range of sticks for your cosmetics applications. Nomadic product, aesthetic, small sized and with nice grip, our sticks are available from 10 ml to 50 ml and are perfectly suitable for sun care, skin treatment, deodorant, balm, etc. According to the position of the bar, it can cover a large surface or a localized part of the epidermis. The oval-shaped sticks are made of different pieces and are hot filled by the bottom. Our sticks can have eco certification (PP-PE). To customise your products, we can also propose many decoration possibilities by labeling or stamping.
Refill stick
Specialising in injected PP stick, we developed an eco-design refill stick adaptable to our existing standard sticks available in 40ml and 50ml. In a demarch of ecological impact reduction of our packaging and to meet new 3R requirements, Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, we present a refill stick made of only 3 elements to offer a material weight reduction of 60% compared to a complete stick. The refill stick enables the end user to refill and reuse its deo stick. The conception was studied to enable the fillers the bar filling on the same line as our current sticks without modification but only thanks to adaptation of the filling line.
