Mill launches novel metallic and luminous labels

Experts in customised decorative labels for prestigious products and packaging, Mill will unveil innovative stainless steel or aluminium led embedded labels during the PCD 2018 Exhibition(stand D08). Working for the first time without any power supply, they are extremely thin (less than 1mn) and totally waterproof (IP67). Designed to enlighten bottles of Champagne and alcohol, these labels, given their aesthetic qualities, have been designed for all exceptional products and packaging. An original and user friendly communication medium The LEDs are activated by a detachable tab that the user removes at the requested time. Designed for a single use, the lighting can last from a few minutes to nearly one hour depending on the number and type of LEDs chosen. The look and the thickness of a traditional metallic label. Size, shape, colour, effects … the new Mill luminous labels are designed as traditional metallic labels with the same look and thickness. The short-lived lighting is created by a discrete electronic printed circuit embedded on the back of the material. As for all Mill products, the ornamental decorations give the expected and distinctive final touch to luxury products and packaging.
